Wile E. Coyote: Coyote vs The versus community

Analysis Blog: Wile E. Coyote (Looney Tunes)

“Coyote power: surviving by one's intelligence and wits when others cannot; embracing existence in a mad, dancing, laughing, sympathetic expression of pure joy at evading the grimmest of fates; exulting in sheer aliveness; recognizing our shortcomings with rueful chagrin.” - Dan Flores

Wile E. Coyote, the Roadrunner obsessed Super Genius

Hunting can be quite a sport. You could be a hunter attempting to shoot wascally wabbits. A cat attempting to catch and eat a canary and… a duck chasing a mouse? What were they cooking here- But none compare to the sheer versatility that the Coyote possesses to catch that damn Roadrunner!...even if it means injuring himself in the process…But does he have what it takes for a DEATH BATTLE? Let's find out!

Before we dive in…

So since Looney Tunes is a very big franchise with many canons. What will exactly be covered? The answer is…everything, every single Looney Tunes Media (However, no Chip N’ Dale since WB only signed on for Full House, not Looney Tunes, which makes anything shown about those characters unofficial.) will be covered here along with some crossovers but those only being optional. Now what about Looney DNA? Will we look into every Looney Tunes ability? The answer is no. While Wile does technically know how to utilise those abilities (he’s a certified genius after all and teaches at ACME Loo) we are not gonna go off topic as this is specifically a Wile E blog, but mentioning stuff like regeneration and resistances should be fine since that's what the DNA is all about rather than being something that gives them their abilities since that comes from their inner “Tooniness” which is basically an aura that every Toon has (this will be covered in a bit)

Background

Wileward Ethelbert Coyote

(Carnivorous Vulgaris)

The coyote is a long, slim, sick and sorry-looking skeleton, with a grey wolfskin stretched over it, a tolerably bushy tail that forever sags down with a despairing expression of forsakenness and misery, a furtive and evil eye, and a long, sharp face, with slightly lifted lip and exposed teeth. He has a general slinking expression all over. The coyote is a living, breathing allegory of Want. He is always hungry. He is always poor, out of luck, and friendless. The meanest creatures despise him, and even the fleas would desert him for a velocipede. He is so spiritless and cowardly that even while his exposed teeth are pretending to be a threat, the rest of his face is apologizing for it. And he is so homely! -so scrawny, and ribby, and coarse-haired, and pitiful.”

Wile Ethelbert Coyote was born in Arizona and is the son of “Cage Ethelbert Coyote.” Wile has demonstrated his distaste for the Roadrunner ever since he was a baby. He was told by his father about the Coyote Tradition and how instead of relying on strength, they'd rely on their ingenious plans and cunning. Due to this, he had promised his dad that he'd only come home after catching a roadrunner, and after that, he had kept that promise for over 74 years, still being unable to catch the Roadrunner.

Sad, is it not?

To help himself gain confidence, he stuck to a “Genius” title to help him succeed in creating inventions, and before going up to Road Runner, he practiced chasing a very “Wasically Wabbit” in “Operation: Rabbit” unknown to him; this rabbit was “Bugs Bunny,” and he ended up getting outsmarted. During this, his belief in himself as a genius diminished and he thought himself as “Mud,” but then he looked upon another Toon, whom you may recognize as “Sylvester James Pussycat, Sr.” as inspiration, Wile noted how he'd never give up, and as such, he too chose to never give up and stuck to creating more inventions.

After some time, he'd meet the Roadrunner again, who was currently married raising his three sons. Wile greeted them only to plot ways to capture them. During this time, he'd practice creating more inventions and kept jogging day by day to get faster and faster. While he saw Road Runner’s Family, he felt the need to start his own, so he adopted a son, “Willy Coyote,” eventually he realized that Willy wasn’t a Coyote, he was a Grizzly Bear but that didn’t matter to Wile, he still loved Willy like he was his own son. When chasing those birds, he’d usually fail time and time again, but all that training still helped him, as in “Fast and the Furryous” (when the Roadrunner wife and children and Wile’s son were long gone), he was nearly able to catch the Roadrunner! ... until he used a speed boost, something Wile didn't even realize he could do, so once again, he was back to the drawing board to catch that bird.

Wile became more resourceful, as he constructed most of his devices with parts from a junkyard. This impressed a corporation known as ACME, earning him a job there along with an unlimited ACME credit card. After multiple tries, his closest attempt was when he created a massive robot that was meant to catch the roadrunner; it did, but it wasn't programmed to do anything after it, making it let go of the bird. Wile began to spin off, using his genius to make devices for consumers and patenting multiple products, eventually earning him so much money that he'd be able to afford a house, which was right next to the home of a famous Hollywood actor known as "George Washington Bunny," who Wile immediately realized was Bugs Bunny.

They’d usually bicker, as Bugs believed in a more minimalist lifestyle than Wile's technological approach. Due to this, both neighbours gained somewhat of a rivalry, as Wile grew a little bit of resentment for Bugs due to the whole “Mud” situation in the past and still thought of him as just another weak Rabbit. He was then proven wrong numerous times after being continuously outsmarted by Bugs again. After some time, Bugs created a school meant to teach younger toons and prepare them for life. Wile had gotten employment there as a chemistry teacher and as a mentor for his prototype, "Calamity Coyote". With his job, he'd practice himself with chemistry rather than machinery, allowing him to invent a device that was able to nullify and rewrite "Toon DNA", allowing real damage to toons.

After centuries, he managed to live to the 24th century. Inventing himself a suit that was equipped for hunting in this futuristic age, using it to hunt and later in history, he’d have a descendant known as "Tech Ethelbert Coyote". Who keeps the family tradition of using brain over brawn till this day. Wile is a Coyote of persistence; he could stop at anytime, but why do that? He'd rather never give up; it'll turn out bad for him, such as his attempts to catch a roadrunner, but in most cases, it's a benefit, as shown by his ingenuity, his craft, his teachings, and most importantly, his humor, as despite having been around for over 70 years, he still makes the audience laugh, and that is one of the most significant things a toon can do and even if he fails at catching that Bird, he’s not doing it as a “Genius,” not as “Mud,” but as Wile E. Coyote.

 Experience, Skill and Intelligence

Despite his shorts premiering in 1949, it is stated in Tiny Toons that Toons such as Bugs Bunny, Daffy, Porky, Taz, Wile, etc. have been “tooning” since 1933 pretty much all their life, but that's not all. Wile has actually existed since the prehistoric era to Western all the way up to the future. Given all that time, he’s had plenty of experience chasing the Roadrunner (which side note is not a disadvantage for Wile. It more so means that Wile is always combat ready making his kit more combat applicable). He's also directly stated to be the most experienced Toon when it comes to racing and has picked up an impressive amount of skills. Helping this of course is his self-proclaimed IQ of about 207, which, for reference, would make him the holder of the 11th highest IQ in recorded human history. Although this level of high intelligence usually doesn’t come through in a lot of his outings, a majority of his perceived “idiotic” moments can mostly be chalked up to bad luck or a lack of common sense, usually the former. He’s even fully aware that the ACME corporation that he buys all his weapons from isn’t reliable at all, and only buys from them due to a good line of credit.

But onto more notable tidbits to show how smart this predator is, he does have some brains in that noggin. He has a decent knowledge of Braille, a tactile writing system used by blind people, and was able to navigate his way through the Dome-O-Sphere, a dome containing a tropical jungle, only failing at the end because a pack of gorillas he coerced into helping him beat him up at the last second. He’s even managed to escape ACME labs in the “Lobo/Roadrunner” comic series by using a scientist’s hairpin as a makeshift lockpick, creating a chemical explosive on the spot, releasing a bunch of mutated animals from their cages, and then setting the explosive up against the wall’s lab so it would explode.

His most notable application of his intelligence is his mastery of technology and trap making. He can quickly rig up traps and machinery in a short amount of time, often using whatever’s in his environment to aid in his inventions. He’s rigged a piano to explode upon playing a certain key, created his own frankenstein-esque monster, and created an alloy called “Taztanium,” which not even the Tazmanian Devil himself could break through. He’s invented two separate time machines and cloning machines, replicated a tranquillizer ray gun seconds after seeing one, made a building sized robot out of stuff found in a junkyard, and has even invented a magnet specifically designed to attract feathers. His skills in chemistry also come in handy for inventions that require a little extra elbow grease, like a paint that turns you invisible, a substance that endlessly ricochets in a given area, and he knows how to make chemical explosives as mentioned above. He even built a time manipulating inventions

And thanks to various instructional guides provided by the ACME corporation, he knows a fair bit of martial arts skill, most notably Karate and Judo, though he does have some knowledge of ninjutsu, able to sneak around and match the speed of the Roadrunner. He’s also decently skilled in boxing, which came in handy in the “Looney Tunes: Galactic Sports” game, where boxing is one of the main events. Also, while his bad luck usually prevents him from working them correctly, he can competently wield a gun if the time calls for it, as he’s accurate enough to shoot Marvin the Martian’s hunting blaster straight out of his hands! Same guy who trains with other Martians and is implied to keep up with other Martian leaders like Verell the omnipotent! And be sure that he’s never going to make the same mistakes twice, because he’s always learning and aiming to improve off his previous attempts thanks to having cameras at every angle imaginable!

Wile is also skilled enough of being able to weaponize his own backfiring against others. Examples like this are shown in “Looney Tunes: World of Mayhem” whereas Wile is able to launch a cannon toward someone or even having boulders fall onto people after crashing into a Canyon and “Space Jam: a New Legacy” where Wile was able to use a train that come out of his paintings against a member of the Goon Squad and even scoring his team multiple points upon a cloning machine backfiring on him. Toons made a boot camp to train like a toon, focusing on the five key areas. "Crafted by the Looney Tunes in five key areas.” “This program will even challenge top athletes to help them reach peak levels of fitness.”

Wile can compete with other toons who have a handful of experience and skill very similar to wile’s. Bugs is sergeant, Porky is a commander with several ranks, Yakko can maneuvers around billions of asteroids and comets, and that’s not touching someone like Marvin who knows fighting styles made to handle someone faster than him! (And let’s not get into Taz…)

But most notable of all, in the Duck Dodgers TV show, Wile is a space predator who hunts down cartoon characters and even those that aren't from his world such as Hanna Barbera toons such as Yogi Bear and such

Occupational Skills

As stated, throughout the years Wile has picked up numerous different skills useful for different jobs in today’s society. This section will delve a little more into each of those specific skills.

Super Genius

Of course the most useful trait. Wile E Coyote, SUPER GENIUS (and he has a brain). And how useful is this trait exactly? Well it’s helped him develop his other skills, such as….

Engineering

These are skill sets that delve more into aspects of engineering. This includes all aspects of engineering.

Builder

Wile’s bread and butter, what he’s most known for. This Super Genius was awarded for his inventions. Wile has built numerous inventions and contraptions that put real life inventors to, and has done so in a short amount of time. An example of this is building a fully functional robot from mere junkyard scraps. He’s also greatly helped on building constructs in Looneyburg in “Looney Tunes Builders”, an example being when he helped the Toons build a museum in a short amount of time. He’s also built facilities like fake carnivals in a short amount of time. These are not even a fraction of the countless inventions he has built, which will be covered in greater detail later in the blog.

Welding

When building his inventions, Wile is capable of welding the materials to join them together.

Coding

Some of Wile’s inventions require coding in order to properly work, this includes his robots that he has programmed into performing their required functions once being given the commands through a remote he’s created as well as weaponry that requires input codes to work.

Science

These are skill sets that delve into all kinds of sciences.

Chemist

Wile is capable of creating different chemical concoctions and potions from mixing different elements with one another. He’s created compounds that can induce invisibility, give someone’s body the properties of rubber, and propel someone forward.

Biologist

Wile has shown the ability to study and learn about an organism's physical makeup on the spot. Wile is very knowledgeable of the Roadrunner’s abilities and overall physical body. He also studied and replicated the foot pads that flies use to walk on ceilings in a short amount of time.

Magic

(All the abilities gained from this will be covered under the “Abilities” section)

Pretty self explanatory. This involves any skill set that utilises anything related to magic or sorcery.

Magician

Wile has learned how to use magic through multiple methods. He obtained magical items from an ACME crate which allows him to do magician tricks such as your typical party tricks of making items disappear and reappear in different locations and more.

He was also capable of performing magic after stealing a magician’s costume.

Wizardry

After a fierce battle between two wizards, which resulted in them both being disintegrated; one of the wizards dropped their ACME book of Magic. This so happened to stumble into Wile’s hands, who was capable of learning the spells from this book.

He has also shown the ability to perform Witchcraft while wearing a disguise of Witch Hazel.

Combat

Any skill set or occupation that directly correlates to active combat abilities.

Monster Hunter

Wile is a monster hunter with nerves of steel and bullets of silver, and with weaponry that’s capable of doing extra damage to all monsters.

Alien Hunter

In the 24 1/2th century, Wile has become an experienced alien hunter. He has hunted down and seemingly killed multiple different other cartoon characters. He has cool tech at his disposal, such as his own ship, a jetpack that’s built into his suit, laser blasters, a disguised time bomb, and an oversized bear trap.

Spy

While chasing Roadrunner, Wile has stumbled upon a spy kit. This kit not only gave him a cool spy costume, but also multiple other gadgets to utilize. It gave him sleeping gas that’s potent enough to put a literal cactus to sleep, a timed bomb, spy putty explosives, blueprints to build his own spy car that contain a machine gun and cannon, and remote controlled missiles that can track a target.

Ninja

After simply reading a book on the arts of being a Ninjutsu, Wile becomes an effective Ninja. Capable of moving swiftly and stealthily. And utilising martial arts as well as weapons such as the morningstar and dual blades.

Karate

After simply reading a manual towards karate, Wile was capable of learning it. He was able to chop a cactus clean in half and even chop through a small portion of a truck.

Athletics

As an all-star athlete, Wile has experience in multiple sports. Heck, why else would he be able to make such good use of the ACME Sporting Goods?

Weight Lifting

How else is he supposed to lift those heavy boulders off of himself when his plan fails? Despite his scrawny build, Wile has made working out and going to the gym a part of his routine. What a stud!

Track and Field

A great way for Wile to showcase his speed, Wile has competed against other Toons in Galactic Track and Field. He’s also experienced in pole vaulting and trains consistently to improve his running. Wile’s even gotten a bronze medal in the Olympics!

Basketball Player

Wile is a professional Basketball Player. He has played in two different high stakes basketball games against both the Monstars and Goon Squad, as well as settled down and played Basketball with his fellow Toons

Soccer Player

Wile along with the other Toons have competed in the Looney Tunes World Cup of soccer. Proving to be quite the skilled player himself, as his team has even won the World Cup.

Baseball Player

Wile along with his fellow Toons have indulged themselves in a (not so) friendly game of baseball.

Boxer

Boxing is one of the sports that the Toons must compete in, in “Looney Tunes Galactic Sports”. Wile, along with every other Toon in the game is capable of properly boxing and knocking each other out.

Golfer

Golfing is a sport that requires patience. Something Wile clearly has if he can chase Roadrunner for years without giving up.

Roller Skating

Wile has shown to be quite skilled at roller skating, as roller skates are one of his more iconic pieces of equipment that he uses to keep up with Roadrunner. He’s even put these skills to the test in Roller Derby

Ice Skating

Roller Skating isn’t the only type of skating Wile knows. Whenever it gets cold and the ground’s frozen, Wile can ice skate along it without an issue. He’s shown this skill multiple times.

Skiing

Wile has also shown to have experience in skiing. Even being capable of controlling Rocket Ski’s or skis with a cooler on his back.

Archery

Just like all the Toons, Wile competes in Galactic Archery as one of the Galactic Sports in the game. In this the Toons must precisely aim and hit the targets in order to receive points.

Cheerleading

Whenever a Toon is in need of some motivation or some pep in their step. Wile is there to cheer them on!

Surfing

Wile ironically is very skilled at surfing. Further showcasing this by on signs and literal solid lasers. He’s even taken this a step further and surfed in space!

Vehicle Operating

Wile has plenty of experience operating different kinds of vehicles and using them effectively.

Vehicle Mastery

Wile is very skilled at operating and piloting different kinds of vehicles. He can drive your typical cars, trains, planes, rockets powered vehicles, and even spacecraft such as UFO’s

Racer

This should come as no surprise, Wile is an experienced racer thanks to him piloting these numerous different machines in order to chase the Roadrunner. In fact, he’s regarded as the most experienced racer of the Toons.

Art

Surprisingly, Wile is quite skilled when it comes to aspects of artistry.

Painter

Wile is very skilled in painting. So much so that he can paint a detailed background or tunnel in a short amount of time.

Animation

Wile himself has shown experience in animation, as shown on the picture where he’s drawing an animation for Yosemite Sam. He has also helped the other Toons create animations in the ACME Animation Factory.

Service

These are actual jobs or careers that Wile has actively been of service in. Whether they be small part time jobs or huge careers that Wile has taken advantage of.

Mall Employee

Wile has worked in a mall, which gets especially busy during Christmas time. Unfortunately, he works under the management of Daffy.

Food Vendor

Nothing like eating overpriced concession food while watching your favourite sports team lose.

Cowboy

It’s high noon…

Talk Show Host

Wile hosts a talk show known as “The Predator Group” where Wile interviews a predator’s thoughts on their prey.

Fashion Designer

Wile competed in a fashion contest called “Project No-Way”. Even though he was the first (and only) contestant voted out, he still made Granny this lovely dress.

Royal Page

Wile was a volatile servant of King Bugs, who will serve his king in whatever way he needs to. Fighting against those who oppose him and his king.

Living Cannonball

A perfect way of showing that Wile’s gadgets can also be used for the entertainment of others… even if Wile gets injured in his own performance. He performs as a hum- or Coyote Cannonball in the circus.

Astronaut Candidate

Wile has utilised technology to go into space multiple times. Like when Wile and Roadrunner went to space together. Or when Wile sent himself to space just to relax.

War Boy

Upon temporarily leaving Tune World, Wile decided to go to the Mad Max universe and become a War Boy. Witness him, as he once again tries to catch Roadrunner!

ACME Desert Operative

As ACME’s #1 consumer, Wile also works as their desert operative in “Looney Tunes Back in Action”. Any enemy of ACME corporations that’s located in the desert, they’ll give Wile the job of eliminating.

Military

Wile, along with his rival Roadrunner have served together in the military. We thank them for their service. Wile’s time in military training was the roughest time of his life. He even flew an aircraft for the service. Despite these rough moments, it helps show his perseverance and mental strength that’s useful to him to this very day.

Tech Entrepreneur

Wile has made lots of money off of selling his own inventions to those in need of them. He’s opened up a garage sale as well as created advertisements.

Professional Actor

Wile along with the other Toons are confirmed to be actors who perform their antics to a live audience of viewers. Wile has a lot of fans, and he happens to be a certified comedian; so that gives him further credentials.

Note: This does not at all imply that the feats in the show are fake. The Toons actively take damage from these feats. Wile himself teaches Toons how to make slapstick comedy entertaining, as elaborated upon below

Professor of Acme Looniversity

Wile is one of the many professors in Acme Looniversity who help teach the next generation of Toons how to create a cartoon with funny and Looney humour. Wile’s primary subject that he teaches is Hard Knocks, as he’s the Dean of it. This is basically Toon’s receiving high levels of physical damage for laughs and recovering from this damage. He is knowledgeable on Toon regeneration.

Other Talents

These are just other skills Wile has which don’t really fall into any of the prior categories, but just fun extra ones.

Dancing

While dancing isn’t something that Wile has shown very often in Looney Tunes, he has shown the ability to perform ballet from merely being told to by a traffic light. He has also performed a rain dance, which successfully resulted in it raining.

Diving

Despite not being shown to really be a swimmer, Wile has experience with diving. He even managed to swim to an island before a plane could arrive.

Animal Taming

Wile has an interesting skill of taming animals. He’s tamed an ostrich as shown above, was able to get a dog that wasn’t his to do as he said, commanded birds to fly as if he were merely wearing them, and even tamed an alien creature.

Cooking

Wile has showcased culinary skills and is capable of making a meal if needed. Ironic how despite this, he still feels the need to catch and eat a scrawny bird. (Hold up, let him cook)

Friends Fan

Wile is such a big fan of the series Friends that to prove how much of a fan he was, he fought 3 Toons in a death match to claim being Rachel in a Friends Reenactment.

Best Friends with the Roadrunner

This may come as a surprise due to their endless chasing of Predator vs Prey. Wouldn't that make both hate each other’s guts? Surprisingly no. Wile and the Roadrunner have shown moments that do indicate they care for each other deep down. Let's go over some examples! Wile and Roadrunner will casually watch TV with each other, Roadrunner will never hurt Wile if he’s in actual distress, and both work with each other in ACME Looniveristy. Also, when  Wile’s birthday was arriving and no one came, Roadrunner and his kids were there to celebrate the occasion. Heck, Roadrunner taught his kids to respect Wile! And Wile has even gotten “Nemesis Management Therapy,”  and he’s also a part of “Chasers Anonymous'' and some Anger Management Classes to help fix his problems with chasing Roadrunner and Roadrunner has even complimented Wile’s traps.

Arsenal/Equipment (oh boy…)

NOTE: Some pieces of arsenal may be a bit similar to each other but to avoid too many repeats, we only decided to add ones that at least have a more unique attribute to them

ACME Catalog

Wile’s favorite place to order products…(he wants a refund). ACME is a company that sells products. Wile can order whatever weaponry he wants from there instantly so he should reasonably have access to every ACME product given that he can just as easily order them. They can also be delivered to him by the Roadrunner since he's a delivery boy for some reason~ (As well as being able to order his items with just a click of a button on “ACME instant”)

Also having access to the whole ACME catalog should reasonably give Wile knowledge on every ACME product as they're all canonically in that book

Super-Computer

As stated above, Wile uses this computer to order products from ACME (he can also just use a phone for it as well lol) but this computer can do a bit more than just order products, it can give Wile information on whatever he's searching and can also use it to call in a satellite, target it at someone and fire a laser at them

ACME Labs

Essentially this is just a room that Wile has inside of his cave, he claims that it's where he stores all of the items and some unseen weapons before. He also has a voice command implemented to make all of his inventions within this lab to activate and deactivate with the voice commands “go” and “stop,” though he occasionally forgets about that. Weapons and inventions stored within this lab include the following:

  • Hatchet Chucker: Makes and throws a seemingly endless amount of hatchets (and an occasional giant one).

  • Monsterizer Ray: Upon shooting a target, they will transform into a giant monster.

  • Normalizer Ray: Reverses the effects of the Monsterizer Ray, and will revert the target back to normal.

  • Freeze Blaster: Shoots out a beam that encases the target in ice.

  • Bazooka: Just an ordinary bazooka, which is capable of blowing a hole through Wile's cave.

  • Record Player and Disco Balls: Doesn't do much, except for providing a dance party. Although the disco balls will deflect laser projectiles.

  • Heat Blaster: Shoots a stream of flames that torches the target.

  • Time Bomb: Counts down to two minutes upon being activated. Once it finishes the countdown, the bomb will presumably unleash a devastating explosion that's proclaimed to vaporize a target.

Explosives

Wouldn’t be a cartoon character if he didn't have various explosives so…let's go ahead and list them!:

  • Dynamite: Can come boxed either individually as sticks or as drums of dynamite.

  • TNT: Can come in either crates or metallic barrels filled to the brim with explosive material. Can also come boxed as sticks of TNT.

  • Cartoon Bombs: Black round bombs with a fuse on top.

  • Rocket Bombs: Can be dropped onto a target from above to blow up.

  • ACME Detonators: Can be attached to certain explosives in order to set them off from a distance when the plunger is pushed down.

  • Hand Grenades: Can be activated by pulling the pin and then throwing the grenade. (But given his luck, he'll more likely still end up with the explosive itself)

  • Nitroglycerin: A VERY unstable explosive substance.

  • Explosive Tennis Balls: Small tennis ball-like bombs that will explode upon striking a target.

  • Time-Delay Golf Balls: When the lit is fused, the golf balls take a moment before exploding. Until that happens, Wile can strike them with a golf club to send them flying towards a certain target.

  • Flying Dart Bombs: Can be thrown as projectiles, where the dart bombs fly around before landing and exploding.

  • Decoy Roadrunners: Robotic Roadrunners that will walk/run around before  exploding upon contact with a target. Roadrunners are so convincing he’s mistaken a real one for it.

  • Flying Grenades: Grenades that are each planted inside the cockpit of very small planes that are hurled by Wile, which will blow up once the plane connects with a target.

  • ACME Exploding Candy: Boxes each containing small candy that will actually explode upon contact with water.

  • Santa’s Workshop Kit: Meant to trick Christmas-loving people into entering an explosive death trap… though may very well summon Santa.

  • ACME Big Kaboom: “We’ll see about that!”

Keep in mind that a basic Looney Tunes explosion was able to kill off ALL of Sylvester's 9 lives at once so Wile's explosives should be comparable to that of Elmer Fudd's. Explosions in series have consistently shown the ability to kill Sylvester in a traditional sense even with his Toon regenerative abilities, despite the fact that these deaths are never permanent. The range of these explosions can destroy all of Tokyo!

Catapult

Arguably Wile E.’s most useless piece of equipment (or at least, the one that backfires on him the most), is a giant wooden catapult created by the Roadrunner Manufacturing corporation that the coyote has on hand. Usually he’ll strap a boulder into the bucket and try to hurl it towards his target (usually the Roadrunner), though it tends to backfire, like… all the goddamn time. Seriously, this guy cannot catch a break with this thing

ACME Rocket Skates

Arguably Wile's most iconic tool he uses to keep up with the Roadrunner. Silly gag always causes him to fall off a cliff whenever he's getting close to the speedy birdo

Adhesives/Slicks

Wile E. has used buckets of iron glue, tar (as well as a Tar Pit) and Axel Grease by brushing these across the ground in an attempt to either get the Roadrunner stuck or to impede their movements.... Sadly, it doesn’t seem to usually work on Roadrunners.

Shotgun

An ordinary shotgun from ACME, good for shooting someone and killing them, presumably. Make sure it’s facing the right direction. Potent enough to cause a great amount of harm to himself. Also can be used to fire other projectiles, such as tiny people like mice.

[Note: Looney Tunes bullets have been shown to actually be alive. So keep that in mind when it comes to Wile E. Coyote’s standard firearms!]

Giant Spray

A perfume type ogof thing that Wile can spread on himself and allow him to grow to great sizes. The effects are temporary…(the temporary effects are temporary too as it can make Wile grow to size at any time) Wile can even grow bigger than the earth itself!

Cannon

Wile has multiple cannons that he can use to fire cannonballs at enemies or even himself! Though firing himself usually leads to launching the cannon instead… or smashing into the side of a cliff… These cannons vary in size and can also be launched around the world!

Anti-Looney DNA Serum

After Wile got the idea that he could mess up with one's Toon Force by removing their DNA, he made his own Anti-Looney DNA Gun in an attempt to use it against the Roadrunner (it is questionable if it can work on every toon in fiction tho..) [See in QnA]

Time Gun

A Ray Gun that Wile ordered from ACME. This gun does not actually incase someone into Ice but permanently immobilizes them and even worked on the Roadrunner! However the frozen target will be stuck in the original place they've been frozen in and cannot be moved at all but it does leave them very much open for a potential attack. Oh and it has decent range as well

Lightning Bolts

Tangible bolts of lightning that will instantly disintegrate anything they’re thrown at… except for Wile.

Lightning Rod

Along those lines, the Lightning Rod is made for being able to attract lightning!

Electric Storm Bullet

A gun that can create storms once the trigger is pulled and shoot out lightning. This was used to scare off the Roadrunner’s offspring and attempt to eat them. But what better way to control a storm than with the…

ACME Weather Control Kit

Another device Wile can use to alter the weather is a remote control that Wile can use to summon a single black cloud he can control with a joystick once it’s hooked up to an ACME satellite. Whatever weather feature Wile wants to summon he can control with a rotating dial on the side of the controller. He can use it to summon rain, fire bolts of lightning, and summon massive gusts of wind, including tornadoes. He can summon icy wind that can freeze over large bodies of water in seconds, other unseen functions that generate heat and fog, and if he gets desperate, he can summon a monsoon (We never see this happen due to the remote running out of batteries before Wile could use it) . Though it is a powerful device, it does need a battery to function properly, which can run out at really inconvenient times.

Beam Sword

A lightsaber inspired weapon that Wile stole from Marvin the Martian upon being captured by him. We all know what it does lol, just a good ol’ swing and it'll chop ya into pieces!....or the very bridge you're standing on, whatever suits the Coyote the best

ACME Laser Pen

The Coyote has what appears to be a regular looking pen but in actuality is a laser shooting beast. The pen can shoot up a laser so strong that it's even capable of slicing down a part of Wile E.'s home.

ACME Fake Holes

Holes that act like actual holes when placed onto the ground causing anyone to fall into it upon stepping on it, they either make you out of another side of a cliff, provide a “stairway to heaven” or even just send you into the abyss. Very useful so long as it isn’t underneath Wile E.’s feet!

ACME X-Perimental Firebird Suit

Cool looking suit that is armed with a flamethrower which can be used to shoot out flames towards his opponent. The wings allow for Wile to glide, while the skates seem to allow for a speed boost.

ACME Clone-O-Matic

A cloning device that Wile once again ordered from ACME. With this he can create clones of himself who do actually get along! And Wile's plan to capture the Roadrunner became successful…however the clones fought each other in the end due to not having decided on who actually keeps the Roadrunner. Wile has many other methods of cloning that aren't just this machine Like another Clone-O Matic that he stole from Marvin. But he also has access to the….

ACME Multiplier (King James Edition)

This device is originally intended for cloning a basketball and then firing it off in multiple directions in the form of cloned projectiles… but can also be used to suck up Wile E. himself! But if you’re more of a fan of armed artillery, you can try…

ACME Multiplication Ray

A giant cloning gun that is able to create an enormous army of Wile E. Coyote clones and even cloned an entire planet. But hey, if he doesn’t wanna do any of the work, he can just try…

ACME Clones (?)

Further supporting his many methods of duplication, Wile for some reason can straight up just order clones from ACME and they'll be there with an already formulated plan.

ACME Instant Coyotes

If he wants to clone himself in a more ludicrous manner, then he can just use his trusty instant Coyotes! After pouring a drop of water on these seeds, they will turn into Coyotes with the same appearances as Wile and form traps instantly without the need of discussing. Pretty useful!

ACME Instant Roadrunners

If he's ever feeling funny then he can always just summon a pack of tasty Roadrunners that will quickly grow upon being exposed to water! And if he doesn’t want to worry about planting any seeds, he can just blow on his trusty Silent Roadrunner Call and get a trove of them running!

Crystal Ball Bomb

Originally a regular bomb that Wile painted clear to make it look like a magic crystal ball but it actually does have the ability to predict the future! It was able to predict Wile getting blown up by this bomb.

Motorcycle

HE'S BADDIUS TO THE BONIUS!

ACME Road Blox

Basically just Legos that can build themselves into anything that Wile thinks of like a giant boxing glove, a controllable mech, a tunnel and even multiple vehicles however they can still be broken apart via well ya know… being building blocks.

Sleep Ray

A sleeping ray that Wile has. Anyone hit by this ray will be put to sleep. Wile can fire it fast enough to hit one of the Roadrunners when they’re running as fast as they can.

Can also slip a tiny Miniature Cylinder into a clarinet that will play the instrument itself, and hypnotize anyone who hears it to fall asleep. If he doesn’t guard his ears, the music can make him fall asleep too.

Road-O-Matic

A Machine that with a pull of a lever can very easily create roads and even erase ‘em! Anything on the road will be erased as well. He can also just create roads in the air! Cars don’t stand a chance!

Portals

Tech portals that whatever goes into one side comes out of the other. Wile used this as a trap by placing on the portals ahead in an attempt to capture the Roadrunner.

Quick Muscle Pellets

Daddy 😳

Wile can increase his physicals by a lot with these pellets. However the effects don't go to his legs for some reason so he has trouble balancing himself with this.

Zero Gravity

It may look like he’s just carrying around a trash can as a backpack, but this 0-G machine is the real deal (The fuck did I just write…). Whatever pink substance Wile E. put in this thing will make whatever he sprays it on immune to the laws of gravity, making them slowly ascend into the air. Though it can easily be washed off with water, at which point whatever was sprayed with this substance will be affected by gravity again and plummet to the ground.

Molecular Transporter

Pretty self explanatory but it allows Wile to teleport to any location he wants tho Wile needs to type the distance into it. He can also teleport objects with him.

Teleportation Device

It does the same thing but it's a lot better! Wile can teleport anywhere he wants without dialling in the distance. It also lets him travel to the past and future!

ACME Time Machine

While Bugs is the one who uses it here, he states that he stole it from some Coyote (in which he's obviously implying to Wile) and since we're pretty much giving Wile every arsenal we can find for him then this should be fine as well. Anyway it starts out as a small box before turning into a full blown time machine as seen above, it can take Wile and the opponent to any time period he wants (ig he could theoretically just time BFR people lol)

Gliding Costume

A gliding suit which allows Wile to well…glide (lol) by repeatedly flapping the wings. It works wonderfully, being one of the few things in his arsenal that didn’t backfire on it on its own, just Wile E. not watching where he’s going made him crash! He also has a similar suit but with an Eagle aesthetic.

Propeller Hat

With a ceiling fan, a bike and a motor. Wile was able to fulfil his role as a super genius and craft himself a propeller hat which allows him to fly in the air for however long he wants, and can even outspeed heat-seeking missiles! Although he has to be careful for tight spaces as the the fan could hit itself between the walls and eventually break

Human Fly Suit

It’s a fly suit that allows Wile to fly in the air, however, he needs to watch out for trucks.

The Solid Tin Coyote

Coming from 1966, Wile E. Coyote uses scrap metal from a dump to build a huge, mechanical likeness of himself, and uses this robot to chase the Roadrunner. He caught the roadrunner with it. In the game world of mayhem Wile remakes it along with an exclusive one we see below this. Fixing his errors he comes back stronger than before. It can act on its own. Every time this machine is harmed enough it receives defense buffs. He charges up!

Relationships

  • High voltage: While this toon is in battle, Robot team members inflict their target with Zapped whenever they land a Critical Hit.

  • Robot: This toon has +10% Attack, Defense, and Speed while any Robot toon is in battle as an ally

  • Roadrunner: This toon has +50% Attack when attacking any Roadrunner toon.

HAXXES

  • Radio command: Grant your team Critical Damage Up, then deal (85/90/95/100/110% Attack) damage to the target enemy. [ST Coyote flies sky high to crush the opponent with a stomp.]

  • Mecha missile: Deal (100/110/120% Attack) damage to target enemy with +50/75/100% Critical Chance. [Seemingly unlimited missiles, ST Coyote opens his chest to unleash a missile.]

  • Triangulate: Gain Taunt and 3/3-4/4 Defense Up for 2 turns and Critical Damage Up for the rest of battle. Inflict all enemies with 3/3-4/4 Defense Down and 3 Critical Defense Down for 2 turns. [ST Coyote laughs at the opponent to activate this.]

  • Charge/Shock: Charges up, up to 5 charges he can unleash shock all through releasing a wave. Inducing paralysis. (ST Wile does this by laughing and charging. After doing this it resets his charge, and starts back to 0.)

  • Thunderstroke: Deals unavoidable to all toons who are stunned, does less damage to those who aren’t. This attack is instant after someone dares to press his buttons.. (He laughs when he executes this.)

  • Robosprint (passive): While this toon lacks Taunt, it gains +5/6/7/8/10% Turn Meter at the start of each enemy's turn.

  • Jank repair (passive) Whenever a team member lands a critical hit, cleanse it of 3/3-4/4/4-5/5 debuffs. If it's a Desert toon, this toon heals for (25% Attack) health.

  • Valiant protector (passive): While Taunting, this toon has +4/8/12/16/20/25 Defense and Attack.

  • Anyone going between his ears will be electrocuted.

Controls

  • POWER UP: In exchange of points, STC is granted permanent stat boosts, and can be used 9 times.

  • Turn off: Turns his protective shield down, now facing him directly at full power.

  • DANGER: Activating ST Coyote's Max power causing him to gain an extra life bar and stronger attacks.

[HAXXES TOTAL: Statistics amplifications, statistics reductions, electricity manipulation, explosion manipulation, probability manipulation, healing, forcefield creation, paralysis, flight and purification.]

Regeneration [Mid-high, can regenerate after being reduced into ashes by Marvin.]

RESISTANCES

Weakness: Once defeating Wile, you gain access to his controls.

The Solid Tin Roadrunner

Exclusive to World of Mayhem. Here we have the same approach as ST Coyote, this time it’s the Roadrunner. A metallic bird of prey created by Wile from scraps to match even the fastest speeds. Still goes beep beep.

Relationships

  • Robot: This toon has +10% Attack, Defense, and Speed while any Robot toon is in battle as an ally.

ATTACKS

HAXXES: [Statistics reduction, limited probability manipulation, statistics amplification, energy projection, body control, and sound manipulation.]

REGENERATION: [Mid-high, like every toon in World of Mayhem it can regenerate after being reduced to ashes normally and malfunctioning into broken pieces with magnet.]

Acme-Brand Super Armor

Eat your heart out Overly Cautious Hero, even this Coyote came prepared! This is basically a multi-armor that Wile has in order to protect him from his own backfiring (now y'all can't argue that Wile would incap himself with his own weapons! Rehehehehe)

Iron Suit

A slow, but durable suit that’s capable of tracking a target, firing off guided missiles, and flying with jetpacks built into the legs (Just don’t thrust with the third option)

ACME Iron Suit

(No way ironman!!!!)

After being inspired by a comic book, Wile decided to order himself the ACME Iron Suit. The suit in question seems to give a massive boost in his strength, it is able to extend its arms and rip off parts of a canyon, can fire an unlimited amount of heat-seeking missiles (but he has to be careful to not spam them or else the suit will overheat and the missiles will go back toward Wile..). And lastly he is able to fly at high speeds with 4 different modes, each mode granting him a massive speed boost with the last one being capable of going faster than the Roadrunner

UFO

A UFO with the ability to shoot lasers and fire a ray allows for it to keep hold of the target!

For other methods of traveling to space, he can also use a… skateboard rocket!

Will Power Willer

A helmet created by Wile in which he used to force an idea upon someone, if the target is hit with an idea then they'll automatically do it

Hypnotic Eyeglasses

Glasses that allow for Wile to hypnotise anyone that looks at him. However, they mess up his vision. The glasses are effective enough to hypnotise himself!

Alternatively, he has a TV that- when he clicks the button- will put anyone who is looking at it in a trance, and he just has to give them instructions. Until he releases them, they have to do as he asks, and the TV can hypnotise him just as effectively.

Green Lantern Ring

No, we’re not making this up. Wile E. Coyote actually got his hands on a Green Lantern ring after visiting the planet Oa, the HQ of the Lantern Corps. Sadly we don’t see him get to use this ring (as the comic line had officially ended before he got the chance), but if it functions like your typical Green Lantern ring, then there’s still a fair amount he can do with it. He can create constructs of green energy made up of Willpower from the ring, which can take the shape of whatever the user wants. The ring can translate any language, create and supply oxygen so the user can breathe in space, and create powerful force fields. Though the ring will eventually run out of energy, and will need to be recharged with a Green Lantern Power Battery (which Wile E. doesn't seem to have).

While one may argue that we don't know how experienced Wile is with the ring, we can at least compare him to Daffy who was able to utilize the ring [Duck Dodgers version] seconds after just putting it on so it's reasonable to assume that Wile is capable of the same due to well..being smarter than Daffy.

Note: While the ring can do more than this, we are mainly gonna be focusing on the basics as we are not gonna give Wile the benefit of the doubt and assume he knows the ring's full capabilities…also the lantern corp wanted Wile to join them so he should reasonably have the ring

Cyborg Suit

A Cyborg suit very identical from the one we see in DC Comics but don't be fooled by the image here. Wile has actually worn the suit in another cover. Pretty safe to assume that it has the unique attributes the OG Cyborg suit has

Batsuit

A suit directly inspired by the Dark Knight himself! It comes equipped with various gadgets such as explosive Batarangs which will stab someone and eventually explode. A pretty cool Grappling Hook whenever Wile wants to get to greater heights. The cape allows the Coyote to Glide to the point of somehow catching up with the Roadrunner (starting to see the pattern folks?). And he comes equipped with exploding pellets that explode upon contact

ACME Universal Remote

A remote gifted to Wile from Acme for being a preferred customer to them. The remote in question can manipulate time/reality itself as seen above when Wile fast forwarded the sun, paused a hat mid air and even healed his own injury by reversing time. It can run out of batteries but this is fixed by Wile having spare Batteries so this weapon should work just fine as Roadrunner used it without fail. The remote seems to have the option of trapping someone in a time loop which even affected the ending of the comic itself. This has even worked on Wile himself, who already has a resistance to time stops (Will be covered in the resistances section); as well as Roadrunner, who scales to and above immeasurable speed from other Looney Tunes and therefore logically shouldn’t be bound by time (Will be covered in the scaling section).

Popcorn Machine

Uses wind power to heat someone up to the point of turning them into popcorn. (tbh, seems like that would just make the Roadrunner less delicious, but I won’t judge.)

ACME Beep-Proof Muffins

If Wile ever gets tired of hearing the beep noise, he always has his trusty muffins which makes it so he cannot hear any sound at all.

ACME Attack Simulation

It does exactly what the name tells you. It's basically a Computer that runs simulations on how Wile's plans would go. He can also just search up which plan would be the best to go with against opponents.

ACME Satellite Beacon

Wile has a thing where it can lock onto targets and fire a laser from a satellite toward em. He can also do the same with his own computer as stated previously.

ACME Brand Sinkhole In A Bottle

A single drop from this will create a large and powerful hole which will pull anything near into it essentially trapping them inside unless they somehow have a way to fly out of it.

Material maker

Anvil-shaped device able to generate any material and even create specific materials resistant to a certain person by using a sample of their DNA (i.e. a bit of hair.) Wile summons this instantly with a press of a button.

GROW-BOT-8000

A ball that transforms into a full body upon release. It scans the person to increase their size or emit waves. We’ve seen this bot reverse size altering effects. The bot has a propeller form and can emit waves so strong to the point everything it’s increasing starts to physically explode.

Shrink-Ray-1000

Another shrink machine that Wile owns. He aims at whatever… whoever he wants to shrink, the machine shoots a beam to decrease the person or thing’s height. Shrunk down a whole museum and everything in it all at once upon one contact.

Noise-Cancelers-1000

Made through hard blacksmith work, chemicals, milking cows, and electricity we bring you the Noise-Cancelers-1000. It has the function to play sounds to whatever Wile desires, ultimately preventing him from hearing any sound except what he plays and of course the obnoxious beep beeps! The music calms Wile down and puts him in a good state.

The Freezy-Blaster-3000

It transforms and creates snow everywhere across the area.

Helper Bot

A small robotic ball with propellers that flies to whatever. It scans what it needs to smash, it brings out a small hammer to crack through objects that the builders can’t get out of.

Bubble-helmet-6000

Allows the wearer to breathe underwater.

Triple-Strength Fortified Leg Muscle Vitamins

Gives his legs more muscle and allows him to run fast enough to leave fire in his wake.

Triple-Strength Steel Armor Battleship Plate

Just as described, a plate of incredibly durable steel; could be used as a shield or a simple blunt weapon.

Jet Bike

A motorcycle without wheels, allows him to cruise along quickly just above the road.

Dehydrated Boulders

Pebble-sized boulders that expand to regular-sized boulders with a drop of water.

Bumblebees

Bees? (Apparently coating yourself in mud can help ward them off)

One (1) Giant Rubber Band (For Tripping Road-Runners)

A really big rubber band… good for tripping people.

Tornado Seeds

Just one drop of water will turn these seeds into tornadoes!

Hi-Speed Tonic

Gulping it down allows the Coyote to close the gap between the Roadrunner in no time!

Jet-Powered Pogo Stick

Combining the fun of a pogo stick with the speed of a jet engine.

Jet-Propelled Unicycle

Once Wile is strapped in, this one-wheeled vehicle will blast off! Surprisingly easy to get the hang of.

Rocket Cart

Teeny-tiny rocket that is able to keep up with the speed of the Roadrunner.

Iron Pellets

Strongly attract magnets and thus could have great uses in any magnet-related traps, such as…

Bird Seed

A tasty treat for any avian, it blends in very well with any iron pellets that one may have lying around.

ACME Christmas Package Machine

Can neatly wrap anything, or anyone, into a tightly-wrapped package… better not open it until Christmas.

Earthquake Pills

When swallowed, give the consumer a personalized earthquake that’ll shake them up.

Roller Skis

Perfect for rolling down a hill and feeling the breeze in your fur.

Iron Bird Seed

For when you don’t feel like combining regular bird seed with iron pellets, these bird seeds have iron built right into them for a strong magnetic pull.

ACME Poison Bird seed (Not safe for Coyotes)

Ever feel like poisoning your opponent? Then buy our ACME poison birdseed! You can hide it in pie and trick someone into eating it! But don't eat it yourself as it is not safe for coyotes! (Poison’s probably not safe for anybody…)

Little-Giant Do-It-Yourself Rocket Sled Kit

If you’re okay with being jammed into a tight space, this handy vehicle can really blast you off.

Instant Icicle Maker

Anyone standing underneath the machine when it activates will become an ice sculpture.

Invisible Paint

An invisible cloak is a joke, but invisible paint ain’t!

Little-Giant Snow-Cloud Seeder

Can instantly make large piles of snow that can bury foes… or the user, depending on where you’re standing.

Insta - Winter

As the name implies, it can create a winter like environment in whatever place Wile wants, it was able to cover up the entire desert into snow!

Speed Skates

Handy for skating through ice and slicing it nicely.

Jet-Powered Skis

Work really well for moving fast through the snow.

Frisbee Disc

Can have an explosive placed in the hole when thrown, or can just be a fun plaything.

Giant Fly Paper

The perfect size to make anyone who steps on it become stuck to that spot.

Giant Mouse Trap

Quite an effective trap, though it may end up attracting… well, a giant mouse. (Tom is shaking rn Ong!!)

Instant Road

Can be rolled out like a red carpet to make quite a convincing road.

Cactus Costume

Allows one to blend in with the desert environments. Watch those prickly bits.

Rocket Car

An incredible ACME vehicle fast enough to keep up with the Roadrunner no matter their speed… though if it goes too fast, it may end up going back in time.

Magnet

A fine hand held magnet with an attractive pull to nearby metals. And not just any metal as it’s shown that it can pull body parts too

10,000,000,000 Volt Electric Magnet

A magnet of such incredible power that it is capable of pulling things from across the world, such as giant tugboats and the Eiffel Tower, as well as things from space like satellites and spaceships.

ACME Magnetic Gun

Exactly as it says, it is a gun that functions as a magnet- all the convenience of a magnet in a gun-shaped package! Seems prone to be gravitated toward the heaviest of metals.

Disintegrating Pistol

A fancy-looking gun that, when fired at someone, will leave them as a pile of ash with no way of coming back (This is shown again in Looney Tunes World of Mayhem) , effectively negating Looney Tunes regeneration such as Daffy's for example, Wile has been shown to use the gun during Looney Tunes: Space Race as it is a power up that allows Wile to shoot down other racers and if you really want more in Looney Tunes: Galactic Sports Wile and other Toons have actually shown to be able to use the disintegration gun, only thing being able to reverse it is an integrating gun (which will be in a different section).

“Disintegration Ray”

All it did was blow out a thick fog, but could be used to pull a trick- bluffing an enemy into thinking they are at death’s door, or even putting the weapon in their hands and making them think they have the advantage.

Anvils

You can’t go wrong with an anvil… can you? In our world an anvil is a metalworking tool consisting of a large block of metal, with a flattened top surface, upon which another object is struck. The more efficiently they cause the energy of striking tools to be transferred to the work piece. In the toon world an anvil is used for the sake of comedy and defence, all the anvils in looney tunes are made by ACME corporation. Wile E. Coyote teaches Anvil 101, it’s a course for toons. In an advanced course a toon can utilise an anvil like a master toon. You’d have to understand macroeconomics, physics, quantum mechanics, and Ancient Greek. With these understandings, a toon can manipulate the density of anything they wish such as the almighty anvil which has preformed feats such as

Explosive Rabbit Decoy

For any rabbits or rabbit-attracted folks, this will surely fool them long enough for them to explode.

Rocket Skate Kit

All you need is a pair of rollerskates, a rocket on your back, and caution around any ramps unless you’re hoping to take a trip to space.

Super Suc

Another vacuum device, having been able to use its suction powers to hold back the Roadrunner’s running even from a distance. Can be switched from “Suck” to “Blow” if need be.

Robot Supreme

A mech that Wile used to tower Tokyo and crush! This mech gave Bugs Bunny trouble.

Remote Control Boulder

A boulder that just needs a press of the button to roll along the ground at Wile E.’s command.

Radio-Controlled Punch Bowl

A punch bowl that will punch you if the button is pressed.

Tackling Dummy Costume

I mean, I don’t know why you’d wanna disguise yourself as something that’s gonna be tackled… but hey, it looks convincing.

ACME Blimp

Yes, blimps are rather slow-moving, but… this looks pretty dope ngl

Sleeping Gas Flower

A literal plant that, blending in with other flora, will spray sleeping gas with the push of a button. Gas is potent enough to put him to sleep instantly. (Pollen on the flower is at risk to block the gas duct.)

Mirror

Wile E. Coyote can scare his foes… and sometimes himself… with a tricky reflection to make him look like he’s somewhere he’s not! Mirrors in Looney Tunes are perfectly capable of deflecting lasers and even reflecting sunlight into a laser beam!

Spiky Trap

Chiseled to perfection, these spikes may threaten to poke somebody!

Thinking Cap

A cap created by Wile which supposedly gives him ideas on how to formulate plans (there's also an ACME thinking cap but that one just sets your head on fire so…) Seems to hurt to use, but at least gives him some decent plots.

Diamond Drill Suit

A suit that allows him to glide through the air with a drill buzzing on his head that is able to mow through anything with no problem, even drilling further and further into the Earth with no end in sight.

Mole #1

A giant burrowing vehicle able to drill through the Earth; upon popping out of the ground, it can grab its desired targets with its mighty arms.

Rocket Belt X-2

Essentially a jetpack strapped to his back that allows him to fly just behind his Roadrunner competitor, even has a helmet for safety.

Trick Camera

When the nozzle is squeezed, it releases Happy Gas that will make anyone affected by it excited about being eaten. Worked on Wile E. Coyote, only wearing off when he was splashed with water. Better take the lens cap off first!

8,000,000 Watt Hi-Fi Rig

A powerful auditory device that is said to be able to “blow the spines off a cactus a mile away.” Not only is it potent enough to scare off the Roadrunners he’s known for chasing, it accidentally acted as a call for Roadrunners across the county.

Lasso Gun

A gun that fires pre-tied ropes that can snag up foes from afar, the rope being strong enough to hold back the Roadrunner.

Motorized Coyote Decoy

Able to convince someone that they’re seeing a real coyote… as long as they don’t see the wheels and gears.

Radio-Controlled Coyote

A more convincing decoy of the coyote, this one being voice operated and being to initiate actions from speaking, running, and even leaping. However, barbed wire seems to interfere with the signal and will make it harder to input further commands.

Trick Binoculars

While in a clever disguise that leaves him unrecognisable, he wields a pair of binoculars that make him look like nothing more than a curious tourist but really serve to grab at his target!

Rocket Scooter

A scooter that allows the Coyote to move quite fast, but the flames on the back pose a problem for his tail.

Speed Seeds

The apparent source of the great speed of the Roadrunner (at least in the comics.) Eating the seeds gives the coyote a great boost in speed, but will make him lose his appetite for the Roadrunner. He knows exactly where to find the source of the seeds, and he even carried some with him, so it is plausible to say he could make use of them.

Wile E. Coyote’s Instant Rainmaker

As he describes, this rocket spreads rain-making pellets upon detonation, allowing for rain to spread across fifty square miles in an instant.

Rain Pellets

Also has rain pellets individually packaged to be tossed.

Airplane

Just an old reliable airplane, good for flying through the sky.

Air Force One Jet Plane

Capable of easily breaking the sound barrier with its flight.

Hunger Gas

Able to give anyone an insatiable hunger with just one sniff. With his gas mask, he’ll be immune to the effects, but nobody else in the animal kingdom can resist! Now come over here and take a bite of poison~

Illusion Projector

Using some fizz bombs in combination with reflected light and some self-portraits, he’s able to make it look like he’s in multiple places at once.

Supersonic Jet

As the name would imply, this jet can fly at incredible speeds, as well as being able to drop a large net from above.

Laughing Gas

Coming in a nifty perfume bottle, a puff of this stuff will leave anyone laughing like crazy.

Tortoise Surprise

A convincing giant tortoise that in reality is a vehicle for the Coyote to ride inside, having a superspeed mode that is said to make the Roadrunner look like he’s “standing still” and even a net to ensnare him. (Only entrance is on the top so he better not let it flip over.)

Net Camera

Wile can convince his enemies he’ll turn them into big stars… and then ensnare them!

Super Laser Beam

A device that seemingly is able to shoot out a solid beam of light, keeping up with the speed of the Roadrunners, but… …it is able to make turns around corners. Well, it certainly is a unique invention.

Wig Trap

Wile E. Coyote’s charming personality allows him to convince people to put on fake hair, but upon doing so, it’ll be clamped down around their necks and it’ll weigh them down too much to run! Even the Roadrunner was unable to run in this thing!

Bird Catcher

Despite the name, it doesn’t seem to be geared specifically toward Roadrunners, as it was chasing after Elmer. Seemingly chasing after whoever it sees, this teethy machine will grab onto someone and then chomp down on them!

Cement Steamroller

A clever combination of two classic cartoon gags, able to cover someone in quick-drying cement to make them more like a statue than a person and then shatter them into pieces. Remote-operated and even has a steering wheel to steer it. Luckily, if Wile can make it to a shower within thirty seconds, he can likely get himself washed off and be good as new. Also can just use a bucket of cement that will near instantly turn someone into a statue.

Modern Seven League Boots

Boots that allow him to bounce with great speed, even able to leap over mountains with no problem and grab hold of the Roadrunners! Can be tricky when it comes to quick turns, though.

Size-Changer Suit

Allows Wile to go to the size of a mouse with a push of a button and grow back to full size just as fast.

Size Twenty-Six Trap Sneakers

When the runner goes too fast, the soles melt and stick them to the ground, and the drip cannot be removed unless cut out with something sharp.

Robo-Wile

Another robotic version of Wile, this one being quite convincing as the real thing. Comes equipped with a homing device, robo-rockets that allow it to speed off fast enough to worry the Roadrunners, and voice controls so that it can be commanded to do anything Wile wishes. Has the slight defect of being susceptible to voice commands from anyone who gives them, taking anything that could be construed as a command literally, and water short-circuiting it and making it impossible to control. But hey, it has long-life batteries so it’ll be good to go for a while!

Trick Ice Cream

With some bubblegum and sneezing powder disguised as strawberry ice cream, he could leave someone encased in a sticky cocoon… as it worked on him!

Trojan Horse

Disguising himself as a giant horse float, he sprays sticky taffy at his foes and keeps them trapped to the ground! However, once the taffy hardens, it is possible to try to escape with a bit of dancing! the hardened taffy can still slow down the likes of the Roadrunner with it on their legs.

Handheld Drill

Goes through dirt like nobody’s business, though it may not be wise to be using it without protection.

Super-Sonic Pulsator

Able to emit sound frequencies high enough to shatter glass.

Instant Plaster

Comes in a spray can; when sprayed at someone, thick plaster like used in construction will form around them, turning them into an immobile statue.

Anti-Stickum

Allows him to avoid getting stuck in anything sticky, such as any variety of glue traps.

Glue Grass

Trick grass that will cause someone to get stuck to it if they stand on it! Only way to get out is if someone were to try to eat the grass from under their feet, but who’d wanna eat grass…?

Vine Concoction

A special serum that, when sprayed on ordinary plants, will cause them to grow long vines that will entangle whoever is closest. Since he’s at risk of being tangled if he stands too close, it’s best for him to stay hidden while he plays the tune.

Electronic Retriever

The device just has to be pointed in the right direction and, with a bit of a zap, it can pull anyone or anything in his direction. If it were to get wet, it’d go a bit haywire, so best to keep it dry.

Genie’s Lamp

Found in the junk, this lamp contains a genie that can grant any one wish- though the genie will tend to take things pretty literally and doesn’t care about making corrections. When the genie is gone, anyone can be sealed inside if they look really close into the opening. To get out, the lamp would need to be turned upside down and shaken.

However, it is unlikely someone would even want to leave the lamp, as the contents of it seem to be tailor made for whatever the person sealed inside desires.

Fairy Godmother

While technically she is a witch, she still seems perfectly capable of granting his wishes so long as he is absolutely specific about what he wants. The magical powers of the Fairy Godmother don’t seem to have any limits, though Wile E. Coyote does have to sign a contract afterward that confirms his satisfaction with the wish so he can’t take it back. This isn't regarded as outside help FYI as they even directly state that it's Wile's own godmother; as demonstrated, he merely has to call on her.

Note: The only reason this plan didn’t work against Roadrunner was due to Roadrunner having his own Fairy Godmother that Wile’s Godmother knew. The two then decided to trick Wile.

Earth-Gobbler

Allow him to chow through dirt and stone with no problem, and even comes with a “Travel-Meter” to let him know when he’s underneath somebody.

Cooled Suit of Armor

A suit of armor with an ice machine fixed to the back, this will allow him to endure hot temperatures with no problem. If water is poured into the ice maker, though, there is a risk of the suit freezing up.

Grab Scissors

Giant scissors with big hands on the ends as a way for him to grab his opponents from afar!

Grab-o-Scooter

A scooter with giant robot arms attached that will grab a foe if he gets close to them! It is fast enough that not even the Roadrunner can outrun it! Anyone in front of those arms is gonna be grabbed!

Tickle Rays

When someone is covered in “Pure Concentrated Silvarium,” a liquid that looks exactly like water and which Wile has an abundance of, activating this device will cause them to be bombarded with “tickle waves” that’ll pull them closer while making them feel numb with happiness. By the time they reach the Coyote, they may end up being too exhausted to think! If the substance is not washed off them, at least… (Can even be set to “double power” to make things more intense.)

Longedy Leggedy Boots

Give him a boost in speed, as the rotators at the bottom will allow him to move even faster with each step than he would otherwise.

Dry Ice Rifle

A rifle filled with dry ice in order to seed the clouds and quickly cause rain, good for creating the right conditions for plants.

Roadrunner Legs

A robotic pair of legs that allow him to run just like a Roadrunner without even having to use his real legs, meaning he doesn’t tire himself out.

Shrinking Elixir

Spraying a few squirts of this stuff on someone will cause them to shrink down to a fraction of their size- becoming no bigger than mice, in fact.

Enlarging Liquid

If he doesn’t want someone to be tiny anymore, or he wants a bigger foe for some reason, he can squirt them with this stuff and increase their size.

Map

Wile E. Coyote is able to see wherever the Roadrunner is going using a map. Not hard to believe, as no matter where the Roadrunner is going the Coyote is always able to get ahead of him to set up a trap. Could certainly be used to track anybody with it (preferably on a tricycle)

ACME items

Basically just ACME products we've seen but never seen Wile use em, but he realistically should be able to order them so let's see what they consist of…

ACME Atom Re-Arranger

Able to alter the atomic structure of anything it fires upon, such as turning a construction vehicle into a similarly sized alien creature.

Disintegrating Pistol

It may be the same name as the other device, but it serves a different purpose- pull the trigger, and the pistol will disintegrate.

ACME-Age-I-Flying

ACME Tightrope Kit

For those aspiring Coyotes who wanna tightrope or may or may not for stealing pizza

ACME Solar Powered Helicopter

It’s environmentally friendly! However 1 inch in the shade and it just stops working!

Instant Awakener

The perfect alarm clock.

Super Speed Vitamins

Used by Bugs Bunny to give that iconic boost of speed that the Roadrunner is known for. At risk to run out of juice mid-run.

If it has a celebrity promoting it, it must be good bug spray.

Trick Bone

Excellent for fooling someone into thinking it’s a real bone.

ACME Hair Magnet

It’s a magnet that pulls hair closer to it

Instant Women

Do we even need to explain? It's the Instant Woman chat!

 Compressor

Able to, as the name says, compress whoever or whatever is put inside the machine into a neat little canned form, even having done so to Taz (though he escaped through magic/toony means)

Kee Wee Decoy

A fake Kee Wee bird that seems good enough to fool a Tasmanian Devil.

Kee Wee Costume

One size fits all! Blend in with other Kee Wees and fool those who are seeking a delicious rare cuisine.

ACME Food Dehydrator

A device presumably meant to dehydrate food but also can suck the liquid out of anybody.

ACME Ghost Sucker Vacuum

ACME 2nd Base Elevator

A 2nd base plate with a simple crank able to lift someone all the way out of Earth’s atmosphere and into the stars.

Speedy Ball Baseball Pistol

Look at how fast that baseball is being pitched from that gun!

Over-The-Wall Reverse Zooter

Seems effective for being able to counter a baseball being fired from a gun, or just any baseball pitch.

ACME Miracle Products

(Wile E. Coyote has used a unicycle before, but other than that, these are all things that he can order as he has used the ACME MIRACLE catalogue.)

ACME Thresher

How would one order this thing? Hard to say, as it is rather large, but it is an ACME product! A Thresher is made for separating grain from plants, but it can also just beat up Daffy Duck.

MISC. Arsenal

Just pieces of arsenal that Wile has that may or may not be all that useful but they're neat to point out!

Baseball Arms

Seems effective for just tossing baseballs really fast.

Giant Kite

Can be flown like a regular kite, or be used to drop bombs and missiles from above. (Be wary of wind.)

Nose-Copter

A propeller on his nose that allows him to take flight just like a helicopter.

Decoy Egg

Made to look like a real big egg, it can hide practically anything inside. Good enough to fool the Roadrunner!

Psuedoself Unit

Distinct from his other decoys, this is far simpler- only being an upper body with a sound system that plays realistic Wile E. Coyote dialogue. Though one may think that it’d be a cheap trick, with all the Pseudoself Units he has access to and how fast he can set them up, he can make someone feel like they’re completely surrounded when really he may not even be there!

Jumping Horse

A steed he can ride one bounce at a time, able to keep pace (though just behind) with the Roadrunners.

Balloon

He has a helium balloon capable of lifting him high into the air, though he is more or less at the mercy of the wind as well as anything that may try to pop the balloon.

Revolver

Great for old-fashioned stick-ups and duels, this revolver presumably comes with the standard six cartridges of bullets.

Spring-Loaded Boxing Gloves

He has two of them in case he ever has a clone around, and they can spring out and punch quite hard.

Net Gun

He has two of these as well, quite handy for firing nets from a distance.

Prop Stop Sign

Able to convince anyone that they have to stop, giving him time to jump them!

Spooky Scary Costume

Able to scare anyone with his pumpkin helmet and his skeleton suit! Truly taking after the greats here.

Hunger Tester

Serves as a way to test just how famished the Coyote is. (A million laughs?)

Black Cats

To take advantage of anybody’s superstitions, he has some remote-controlled black cats to cross in front of somebody’s path.

Flying Ladders

These ladders flying overhead will scare anyone who thinks walking underneath them is bad news!

Rubber Raft

A raft meant to look as if it has been sailing out for years, works well with a pitiful-looking costume. Pulling the little tube down there will let the air out, so it’s usually best for only a quick sail out.

The Cutlass

A speedboat that Wile totes as the fastest in the country, though getting to a top speed of a hundred miles an hour before burning out, so he better be moderate.

Diving Suit

Perfect for being able to walk amongst the ocean’s surface, the air compressor feeding him all the air he needs and the cord being long enough to walk comfortably. If too much air fills the suit, though, he may end up floating like a balloon!

Beep Bouncer

A giant boot that will kick out anyone who tries to enter his lair if he pulls the lever.

Revolving Door

Despite the appearance, it is not really revolving- it’ll just flatten whoever attempts to go through it! Being made of glass, though, it will shatter with enough force.

Trick Slide

A giant slide that, when ran up at great speeds, will just launch someone out of Wile’s abode through the ceiling.

Metal Detector

If it even picks up a small bit of metal, like that of a dime, it’ll beep like crazy and he’ll be able to find what metal awaits!

Glider Bike

A bicycle-glider combo, making this perfect for land and air travel. Only issue is that it doesn’t have brakes.

Lightning Seed Planter

With this device, he can plant seeds in the ground- seeds that, with the right conditions, will grow trees in no time.

Swamp Buggy

A vehicle made for the waters with quite a powerful motor that allows him to zip along nicely, even having a fish net for him to catch prey. Seems to let him stay on pace with the Roadrunners just behind them, though the watery terrain doesn’t seem to be their strong suit.

Tape Recorder

Perfect for recording his or someone else’s voice if pulling an audio-based scheme.

Roadrunner Detector

It does what it says, it detects Roadrunners.

Vaulting Pole

Great for helping him get over big obstacles, and he’s even read up extensively on the subject, though some surfaces are better for vaulting than others.

Fake Elephant

For a good scare, he’s able to create a very convincing elephant out of spare stuff he had lying around. Can be pulled by a rope or simply have gravity roll it down.

Inflatable Pee-Wee Sized Lifeboat

An inflatable boat that he can use if he ever needs any nautical adventures… though he happens to only have a helium cartridge, meaning it’ll float in a different way.

Bugs Bunny Costume

Complete with a tasty carrot, Wile E. Coyote can disguise himself as everyone’s favourite long-eared cartoon character!

Ostrich-Sized Ooligow Costume

You’d think that someone may be a bit skeptical that he was really a giant bird, especially an avid bird watcher… but hey, Foghorn Leghorn exists… and Wile is just too convincing.

Daffy Duck Costume

A costume of Daffy Duck himself, sure to convince even fellow birds that he’s the real deal.

Shelter Box

Convincing someone there is shelter inside, Wile E. Coyote can have them set their own trap, as the door will snap itself shut over them! Then, it’s only a matter of carrying the box away for his own nefarious means…

Roadside Curiosity Shop

A trap designed to lure someone inside of it due to the mystery of what could be inside, shut tight, and then send them to Wile’s lair so he doesn’t have to get them himself.

U-Mold-It Kit

Using this incredibly impressive clay, along with a bit of quick-drying paint, he can convincingly make an exact replica of anyone.

Tiny Radio Transmitter

Can attach a tiny radio to something like a mouse, for example, and he’s able to listen to whatever it picks up- though the microphone can be very sensitive and cause a bit of feedback. Also comes with a system in place to track the radio, making it handy if it is attached to something moving.

Magnetic Lodestone

An apparently magnetic contraption that is good for launching rocks high enough to knock a stork out of the air.

The Wile E. Rider

Basically what the Wright Brothers used to take flight, but with Wile on the back pulling the rope!

Arm Grabber

A device that can be ridden in and controlled using dials, meant to grab at prey and place it inside the container and then bind them afterward. Seems to be kid-size and isn’t steerable, needing to be tugged with rope.

Skateboard

Stated to be seventeen feet long, this board seems to require a large stick to push along the ground, going pretty fast!

Super SpringBoard

Essentially a board of wood with a spring underneath that allows him great height. This allows him to avoid detection and travel a short distance. Plus, he also just has a trampoline he can use.

Bouncing Ball

With a hop and a jump, this handy mode of transportation allows him to skip in the direction of his foes, staying on the tails of the Roadrunners… though he must be wary of anything pokey.

Umbrellas

He has a multitude of umbrellas of all shapes and sizes for whatever purposes an umbrella can be used for.

Phoney Photobooth

While the trap convincingly makes it look like a photobooth, it is really just a giant cage! Good for trapping enemies inside!

Tractor

An excellent vehicle for tending to the land, and at full power, it can pull a metal cage off of the ground.

Fishing Pole

An effective tool for hooking onto someone and reeling them in, though one must be careful they’re grabbing the right person.

Automobile

A sturdy red car able to survive falls off cliffs and convenient enough for three small children to drive.

Wrench

His trusty wrench can be used for a lot of good tool-based needs, even twisting things that normally can’t be twisted.

Home Printing Press

Is a costume not enough? Wile E. Coyote can make anything he writes look official and unbiased!

Log with Rope

With the log upright, a tug on the rope will cause it to fall down on top of whoever is underneath.

Portable Fence

A fence that the Coyote can set up around someone when they’re not looking, able to do it with great stealth, and then he can hook it up to a device that’ll electrify it!

Sound Compute Detecto

Able to hear sounds for miles and isolate specific sounds, allowing him to listen in on anything from one secure location.

Folded Paper Pursuit-Glider

While it may look like just a giant paper airplane with holes in it, it is actually quite an intricate piece of engineering- allowing him to fly through the air gracefully despite his weight and even catch up to the Roadrunners quickly.

The Silent Avenger

An airborne vehicle that prides itself on being completely silent as well as quite fast, and takes advantage of the sun’s rays to remain out of sight. Has a spring-loaded seat in case it needs any getaways.

Pickaxe

Great for picking at rocks like a rock hound should, even comes with its own costume.

Scooter

While without a pot, this is such a stealthy and quick vehicle it can keep up with the Roadrunners without them ever noticing him.

Roadrunner Cut-Out

A convincing cardboard cut-out of a Roadrunner that can convince anyone so long as the lighting is right.

Sneeze Machine

Excellent for convincing anyone that the user (Coyote, in this case) is as sick as a dog… hm, that expression may not work here.

Wheelbarrow and Shovel

A pair of tools meant for the insidious task of… digging a hole and filling it with mud, though can be used separately if desired. Yellow raincoat is optional but stylish.

Rock-Mounted Harpoon Gun

Can fire off harpoons with a speed that can allow it to reach tens of thousands of feet into the air in a mere few seconds.

Spinning Mace

A mace with multiple spiky balls attached that, when the string is pulled, will spin around like a top. If not fastened into the ground, it is likely to end up lifting into the air like a helicopter.

Spring-Loaded Boxing Glove

Well… you don’t really need me to explain it, but just in case, it’s a boxing glove in a box that will spring out at a great punching speed when the string is pulled.

Indestructo Steel Ball

A ball that Wile can climb inside of for defence, though it has a tendency to roll.

Hot Air Balloon

With a fan on the back, this mode of transportation is great for floating and dropping anvils.

Parachute

Great for if the coyote needs to jump from any great heights and wants to avoid the pancake treatment.

Spring Shoes

Shoes that allow for a good bounce if someone were to wear them. Tho they have to be careful to whatever canyon that may be above em.

Beach Ball Disguise

A costume that lets him look exactly like a beach hall, able to tuck his limbs inside until he wants to pop out.

Surfboard

Touting himself as the king of surfboards, he is quite skilled at using this to ride on the waves.

Special Rock-Cutting Saw

A saw designed specifically for cutting through solid rock. (Useful when used in tandem with a ladder.)

Water Jetpack

Allows him to zoom under the waters and then launch himself out like a dolphin.

Scuba Gear

Allows him to traverse under the seas safely with an oxygen pack and flippers on his feet, though he has to be careful about strong currents.

Trombone Decoy

With an audio recording, an automated replica, and a lightbulb, anyone could be fooled to think the Coyote is simply playing a tune at a window.

Wile E. Coyote Dummy

This dummy won’t move around but it will fool people into thinking that Wile is lying around on the job.

Flour

While a good cooking ingredient, can also fool people into thinking you’re a ghost.

Mallet

A device perfect for fixing dents, whacking people on the head, or just generally menacing people.

Ghost Costume

Can fool even the most skeptical of folk into thinking they are seeing a spectre in front of them.

Telescope

A device handy for viewing foes from a safe distance.

“To Grandma’s” Sign

A well-crafted piece of handiwork meant to fool anyone into thinking they’re on their way to their grandmother’s home.

Ostrich

Supposedly one of the fastest birds out there, this loyal steed is able to keep up with a Roadrunner but will bury their head in the dirt if frightened.

Long-Range Fireproof Mike

Handy for long-ranged eavesdropping.

Giant Spring

Attached to a rock, it can help someone get a good bounce in the direction of a foe.

Slingshot

A classic Wile E. Coyote tool, good for launching himself, giant rocks, or explosives at an enemy.

Bow and Arrow

Can be used to fire regular arrows or attach a stick of dynamite on the end for an extra kick.

Coyote-Sized Bow

For when an arrow isn’t enough, Wile can use himself as the arrow and launch himself!

Extending Ladder

A device that extends a ladder out to great heights seemingly with no limit. (That’s his Cousin Osberto, by the way.)

Chariot

An old-school vehicle that requires another Coyote pulling at front- here being pulled by his speedy cousin Crazy Legs, but really any Coyote will do.

Bulldozer

Meant to eliminate all obstacles in the Coyote’s way, ploughing through solid rock.

Wrecking Ball

A wrecking ball so powerful it is able to destroy itself.

Net

A perfect tool for trapping foes, can either be thrown or tied up like that of a soccer goal.

Pots

A large collection of containers with one of them being the perfect size for hiding.

Pot Scooter

A speedy scooter with a pot on the back that comes with a shovel meant to scoop up anything or anyone in its path.

Anyone entering this house expecting sweets will instead find themselves in Wile’s clutches!

Spray Frosting

A delicious treat that is able to make anything look appetising

Guaranteed to return to whoever threw it and at great speeds, for better or for worse.

Matches

Ordinary matches, great for sparking some flames.

Aspirin

Great for curing a headache.

Female Roadrunner Costume

A costume so convincing it can fool other coyotes.

Artificial Rock

Looks like a regular rock, but surprise, it’s a Coyote in disguise!

Boulder Costume

It’s well, a Boulder Costume, it really hurts when he uses it to roll down.

Grease

Let’s see how easy it is run with this slippery substance on the ground.

Water Pistol

Handy for adding water to things that need water, or just spraying someone with water.

Walkers Looney Tunes Cartoon Picture Crisps

When Wile isn’t busy chasing Roadrunner, the two settle down and work together to advertise their flavour of chips; theirs come in flavours of prawn cocktail and salt and vinegar. Go get yourself some to snack on while watching Wile vs Tom.

Looney Tunes Soft Cakes

It appears that Wile along with the other Toons also like to indulge in the arts of bakery. So much so that they have their own soft cakes. They’re jelly filled with flavours of orange, raspberry, cherry, and Wile's personal favourite, Peach!

Hershey's

It may seem like an ordinary Hershey's but in reality is actually a candy bar so delicious that not only Wile but everyone else from fiction wants to eat it! The bar has demonstrated strange powers such as travelling between each fiction and even turning the entire animation into wrapping paper before finally staying in the Looney Tunes world.

Hostess Cupcakes

The delicious chocolate treats even are able to make Wile E. Coyote satisfied despite his endless chase for the Roadrunner, so they must truly be good!

Hostess Fruit Pies

Seems to be just as capable of soothing his hunger as Hostess Cupcakes, but even better, they allow him to manifest the ads in front of him.

Looney Tunes TV

“I think he's a heroic character. I admire him because he keeps trying all the time. Also, it's legitimate -- he is just trying to get something to eat. Evidence of logic is vital to comedy. You must believe it or you can't laugh at it. The Coyote and the Roadrunner are the only two alive out there. There was a drought or famine. The Roadrunner, who lives on insects, probably didn't have to leave during the drought. The Coyote starts out after him because there's nothing left and by the time that others return The Coyote has become a fanatic. That fanaticism is more vital to him -- and us -- than any present need. We all pursue hopeless goals at times, don't we?” - Chuck Jones

A TV that plays all Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies episodes from the Chuck Jones era. The episodes are so humorous it has Wile engaged to watch all of it with Roadrunner. The Chuck Jones era is one of the best eras for looney tunes, thanks to his extraordinary creativity and humour… he brought us some Looney Tunes characters which notably include Wile E. Coyote and the Roadrunner. The man is responsible for other iconic classics as well, thank you Chuck Jones for your hard work and thanks for making us smile and laugh even to this day! ❤️ [RIP. 1912 - 2002]

Game Items

Obviously a franchise as big as Looney Tunes has many games under its belt. Here are some of the games as well as items within the games that our team discovered!

Roadrunner: The Arcade Game Devices

Makes sense to start off the Video Game Arsenal section with the first ever game Wile was in, right? Of course the plot of this game revolves around Wile trying to catch Roadrunner with Wile using some different items to catch the bird.

Rocket

Wile is able to use a Rocket to catch The Roadrunner if they are in rough terrain, while on the Rocket, he is able to perform multiple tricks but after a while the Rocket will blow up.

Pogo Stick

If in rough terrain again, Wile can use his Pogo Stick to jump over rocks while trying to catch Roadrunner, however he can get tangled up in there after a while.

Jet Skates

While Offscreen, he can catch up with Roadrunner via some Jet Skates that can disappear and reappear making the hunt still continue.

Helicopter

Wile can ride this to help him catch up with Roadrunner and while in the air, he also…

Dynamite

…Throws down Dynamite to help him blow up the bird

Mines

To help him get Roadrunner, Wile has some mines placed down… however he sometimes can run into them himself

Lemonade

Wile has placed down multiple glasses of Lemonade on the ground to try and get Roadrunner to stop running, as when anyone touches it, they must stop to drink the Lemonade, acting like a sort of stun attack, however, this also can also affect Wile.

Canons

Wile has of course placed down Canons to try and catch Roadrunner, they shoot out Canon Balls which can slow down Roadrunner for a bit, however they also can hit Wile.

Oil

Wile in some levels spills oil on the ground, it makes it very slippery for Roadrunner or Wile to walk on.

Steel Shots and Magnet

If Wile is able to trick Roadrunner into eating Steel Shots, he can use his magnet to catch up with him.

Invisible Paint

Wile is able to put Invisible Paint on himself, it’ll make him harder to see and also harder to catch as he’d be faster with it on.

Bugs Bunny’s Birthday Blowout Contraptions

The plot of Bugs Bunny’s Birthday Blowout is that his friends are “”jealous”” and decide to sabotage his birthday, when in reality, they’re setting up a surprise party for him. We can infer that Wile can use the contraptions here as he is the one who came with the plan and the manual directly stating that the Toons did release the contraptions.

Manual Contraptions

These are Contraptions that were given official names in the Manual and we’ll be going by the order the Manual introduces them in

Comet

This was a Contraption that shoots from the ground, it being called Comet could be telling that it is an artificial Comet.

 Boulder Well

Boulder Well is a Contraption that has a Boulder appear from one of the Well’s, it is impossible to break.

Evil Soap Box

Like the name suggests, this Soap Box is EVIL! As it would purposely spit out bubbles that can hurt Bugs.

Fireball

Fireball is well… a Fireball, it flies in a zig zag pattern.

Ghost

Ghost is very similar to Fireball, as it also moves in a zig zag like pattern.

Good Soap Box

Unlike their evil counterpart, Good Soap Box only releases a bubble when it dies, so it’s best not to attack them.

Jumping Telescopic Bullet Sprinkler

This Contraption is able to spray out what is assumed to be bullets, when done with the spraying, it’ll stop to jump as a way to move.

Malicious Mallet

Ever wished you could just watch a Mallet bash someone instead of having to do it yourself? Well now you can! Because this Mallet will jump in the air, attacking your foes for you!

Poisonous Frog

Well this frog ain’t gonna sing for you, best way to go is to STAY AWAY from it at all costs.

Walking Time Bomb

This Contraption is very lonely, walking around until it finds someone and when it finally does, oh boy! It just can’t handle the amount of excitement and it goes KABOOM!

Spring Loaded Weight

Welp, this Weight will hop towards your foes very slowly (hey c’mon, it’s carrying a Weight alright? Cut it some slack) and when it finally reaches them, they’ll go SQUASH!

Stop Light Worm

When this Worm is green, it’s safe to cross, but when it’s red? Well, the Worm won’t be too friendly to say the least.

In-Game Contraptions

Now these Contraptions didn’t get anything in the Manual, but, it should be safe to assume that Wile has possession of them also.

Wells

There are multiple types of Wells in this game, the one shown above is the Desert Well, but each level has their own Well, what the Well does is basically let Toons teleport to different areas of the levels.

Springs

The Springs in these levels can both help Bugs and also in danger him, as they can be used to get him into high places… and they can also be used to get him pierced by Spikes on the ceilings, oh wait, on that note.

Spikes

What NES Platformer is complete without Spikes, eh? These spikes are EVERYWHERE! Heck, there’s even GIANT SPIKES in the final level!

Falling Spikes

You just heard about regular Spikes right? Get ready for the Falling Spikes, these Spikes FALL whenever you stand underneath them!

Icicle

The Icicle is exactly like the Falling Spikes… but more festive!

Spike Trap

This is VERY overkill, but hey? The more Spikes the merrier!

Oil Barrel

Finally we’re out of the Spikes, now let’s move on to some other Contraptions, this Oil Barrel shoots out Oil from the top which can partially blind foes.

The Trash Man

This is THE TRASH MAN, you see THE TRASH MAN summons Walking Time Bombs to help them meet other people.

Seesaw

The Seesaw is like the Spring, except you need to bring yourself a Mallet to bonk the other side with in order for it to work.

Spider

The Spider usually goes down from a Web, if you get close it can hurt you, however it is easy to avoid.

Boulders

These Boulders appear from thin air! Purley to crush those in its way and even when it’s smashed, rock shrapnel will pierce you!

Conveyor Belts

What Platformer ain’t complete with Conveyor Belts eh?

Quicksand and Insects

Quicksand is VERY deadly, but it’s even deadlier when there’s insects that will attack you while you’re sinking.

Buzzsaw

Well… it’s a Buzzsaw, they can fall from the ceiling or chase you in the floor, touch it and eh, it’ll hurt.

Boss Room

Wrecking Ball Crane

After the Wrecking Ball, Wile decided to actually use the Crane to defeat Roadrunner, the Wrecking Ball on the crane is used to swing and crush, with the Crane also moving from left to right, however a glaring issue is that some of the Cranes weak points are on the ground.

Bombs

These Bombs are used in a boss fight, notably with the...

Train

...Train, which can throw said Bombs from its exhaust, it can even fill an entire room with Bombs in seconds!

Drilling Rig

The Drilling Rig is a BEAST with 4 drills to drill his foes and pistons that intentionally push those on top of the Machine into spikes, the Drilling Rig is an absolute beast, with its Weak Spot being hidden by pistons

Giant Robot Wile Head

If you thought the Drilling Rig was overkill, think again, this is a GIANT robot replica of Wile’s Head, topped with multiple bullet and missile launchers, with it even shooting Electrical Orbs from its eyes! Its weak points are its nose and the 4 satellite dishes but good luck trying to destroy it without being blasted by Missiles!

Level Traps and Gizmos

Unlike the Cactuses in the SNES Game, these Venus Flytraps are seemingly placed by Wile due to the patterns and how they don’t naturally occur in Deserts.

Robot

This is well… a Robot, it moves back and forth and shoots out what seems to be Ninja Stars at the Roadrunner.

Spring

It's a Spring! It’ll help propel Wile to areas too high to be reached by jumping.

 Van

Last but not least, Wile decides to use an  Van to go and squish the Roadrunner.

Bugs Bunny Rabbit Rampage Mechanical Mischief

Deviating a little from Wile being the main focus of these games, this game’s plot delves around Bugs having to go through levels and hazards created by the animator (Daffy) that are intended to stop Bugs. How is this relevant to Wile exactly? Well Wile has a direct boss fight in this game.

ACME Toy Factory

This is all of the stuff used in Wile’s level, he takes over an ACME Toy Factory to get Bugs.

Crusher

It, well, crushes? Pretty self explanatory, if you ask me.

Control Booth

The Control Booth allows Wile to control the factory, during his boss fight, he is able to summon multiple Electric Canon Robots to attack Bugs. The only way to damage him is to attack 2 weak points on the top sides, as that forces Wile to be kicked out from the glass room, however, said sides are guarded by Electric Robots so Bugs has gotta be careful.

ACME Devices

It is directly stated and shown that the items Bugs uses are ACME Products, therefore, Wile might be able to use them.

Anvils

With foes who love to charge, Wile can pull out a red cape, when the foe charges, he can pull the cape away to reveal an Anvil

Exploding Bones

For canine enemies, Wile can throw this bone with it luring the dog foe, when they pick it up, it explodes!

Turkey Surprise

To trick glutinous foes, this “Turkey Surprise” has a lovely blend of Dynamite, guaranteeing a bad case of heart burn.

TNT and Canonball Bombs

You probably know what these do, but if you want a description, Wile throw, it go boom!

ACME Animation Factory

ACME Animation Factory actually has lore to indicate that these are actually the characters due to the manual’s statementWile’s part of the Game Arcade section where he teaches the player that it’s okay to take a break from Animating and due to the Toons fully interacting with the player during the game, it should be implied that the Toons can use some of the game’s functions

When the Bomb Barrels are stacked, they’re able to toss out TNT Barrels.

If boulders are in the way, Wile can use his trusty Dynamite to blow em’ up!

This is a way more primitive method of getting to higher places, but eh? Still works, no?

The Forklift is the final contraption that Wile uses in the game! It’s a big bulky machine designed to pick up ACME Boxes but can also be used to crush Roadrunners! Looney Tunes B-Ball Tricks

Looney Tunes B-Ball is a Basketball Game where the after a long day of filming, the Toons decided to well… play Basketball, they’re shown to be able to perform tricks and each Toon has 1 specific gag alongside multiple maneuvers that they share, before anything I shall explain what the “cents” mean, during the game, they can collect Gems which are worth money, said money allows them to perform these Tricks, since Wile is rich, this should not be a problem for him to do all the tricks

Disclaimer: We’ll have some Manual Scans being used due to some lack of in-game footage.

Basketball

The Basketball is well, a Basketball, it’s able to turn into numerous objects and can randomly transform into a dog which will have to be chased.

MVP, Here I Come!

As shown here, whenever a Toon is “red hot” which essentially means is doing good, their stats get more amplified. So if Wile thinks he’s doing good, he can amplify his stats higher

Offensive Plays

Cream Pie

Wile can be able to transform the Basketball into a Cream Pie which can stun whoever he hits for a few seconds, as shown, the ball teleport back into the user’s hands.

Time Bomb

Wile can turn whatever item the opponent is holding into a Time Bomb and when it blows up, they will get stunned for a bit. (While this might only apply to just the Basketball, Wile is shown to have Item Transmutation so it’s not too far off that this ability could work on literally anything.)

Back Door

This allows Wile to teleport behind his foes.

Vegas

Vegas allows Wile to multiply his score… We put this here because it’d feel weird if we didn’t include everything even tho this just helps his score

Long Range

When used, Wile can attach a rocket onto the ball, causing it to fly right into the air, however, sometimes the rocket can explode in Wile’s face, it is however a good risk.

Eclipse

When used, the screen will darken, making it very difficult to see Wile as he fights.

Forcefield

Wile can have a protective forcefield indicated by a flashing blue colour that protects him from other tricks such as Earthquakes and long ranged attacks.

This ability is able to turn Wile invisible for some time.

Earthquake

With this ability, Wile will be able to create an Earthquake

“Here Boy!”

When used, the ball will turn into a dog but unlike its usual behaviour, it’ll run towards the Toon who used the ability.

Short Bomb Fuse

It’s what the title says, it’s Time Bomb but the time for its explosion is shorter due to the short bomb fuse.

X-Ray Specs

When used, it will reverse the Invisibility Power making the user visible.

Moonball

When used, it’ll make the person holding the ball have the same gravity as if they were on the moon.

Transformation

This secret move allows Wile to transform into other Toons, this also allows him to use their special moves, it’s also to note that the transformation will last only for 10 seconds.

Space Jam: The Game

Since Looney Tunes B-Ball exists, of course they’d try and do a Space Jam spin on it

Disclaimer: The Manual states that there were 3 special moves, but we are unable to find the third one

Dynamite Ball

In Wile’s intro, he pulls out a Basketball filled to the brim with Dynamite, however, Roadrunner presses the fuse blowing Wile up.

GameBoy Color Features

Despite being on a less powerful console, there are surprisingly a lot of exclusive power ups this version has!

Wile’s Car

This Car is visually instinct from his PS1 Kart, as it is an actual Car rather than a Go-Kart.

In game, these Crates give Wile his Power-Ups, he can also purchase them, which can allow him to use a Power-Up at the start of the race.

Wile E. Coyote in Small Flash Games

These are all the small Flash Games that didn’t have enough content to have their own sections due to well… their smaller size in terms of gameplay.

Bomb

From the Space Jam Website Game (Yes, we are that thorough) Wile throws Bombs to hit Roadrunner.

Pole

During Wile E. Coyote’s Pole Vault Challenge he uh… Pole Vaults.

Rope

In Looney Tunes: The Rock Climb, Wile causes a Rope to catch him if he falls while he Rock Climbs to gather back some of his Rockets, surprisingly the Rope can handle if Wile’s hit by Anvils or Stones, but it will eventually break if Wile’s banged up too much.

ACME Roadrunner Trap

In Looney Tunes: Some Assembly Required, Wile orders the brand new ACME Roadrunner Trap however, there are no instructions! So Wile must build it from scratch, what he doesn’t know is this Trap cannot work in any Deserts and cannot work if operated by a Coyote.

Dodgeball

In Dash and Catch, Wile partakes in a friendly game of Dodgeball with some other WB Characters.

ACME Rocket Factory

In Wile E. Coyote’s ACME Rocket Factory, Wile assembles rockets and packages them properly in different ACME Crates.

ACME Bubble Gum

From Coyote Roll, Wile’s able to chew up some of this ACME Bubble Gum to create a Bubble that allows him to roll and bounce around.

Battery Operated Remote Control Football

From Wile E. Coyote’s and Roadrunner’s Big Game Remote Receiver, Wile and Roadrunner are actually working together, as Wile passes this Remote Control Football to Roadrunner.

Rockets

From Wile E. Rocket Ride and ACME Rocket Dash, these Rockets are literally just… the same thing, Wile tries to chase Roadrunner and that’s it.

Wile E. Coyote in Debris Derby

Wile was again conducting another scheme to catch The Roadrunner, however, he accidentally blows himself up! Causing him to fly up in the air, but alongside him are some of the other gadgets he was using, so now Wile has to dodge them before time runs out.

First Aid Kit

The First Aid Kit, of course, makes Wile be able to heal himself, very useful in this scenario where he could get hit with Bear Traps and such.

Bottle of Pills

The Bottle of Pills lets Wile shrink temporarily to help him dodge the debris, the timer possibly ends in around 20 to 30 seconds, but that’s if he consumes 1 Bottle and doesn’t take anymore as more time gets added.

Soap

The Soap creates a Bubble Force Field that can protect Wile from the falling debris, while in the bubble, it pretty much prevents Wile from getting hurt, however, the bubble fades away after 10 seconds.

Gold Bar

The Gold Bar gives him extra points.

Wile Coyote in Coyote’s Chase

Wile makes another attempt to catch Roadrunner with a Rocket, it blows up in his face but instead of throwing it out and doing a new plan, Wile decides to upgrade the Rocket to perfection.

ACME Launcher

The ACME Launcher helps give the Rocket Momentum for Wile’s chase with the Roadrunner to start.

ACME Rocket

The Rocket was ordered by Wile as a way to chase Roadrunner, however instead of disregarding it as soon as it fails, he decided to upgrade it again and again trying to make it perfect.

ACME Laboratory

With his own money, Wile’s able to upgrade his Rocket with the ACME Laboratory, these upgrades will help Wile get faster!

Devices

These Devices help Wile to avoid random obstacles and his other traps that he’s set for Roadrunner, Spring allows him to avoid incoming Trains, Rocket lets him blow up Boulders with Rockets, Scissors allows him to cut down any Rubberband Traps and Remote allows him to close his Metal Wall Traps.

Upgrades

These are Upgrades for the Rocket, Speed adds Rockets that make the Rocket reach maximum Speed faster, Fuel Consumption helps conserve the Rocket’s fuel, Armor Plating protects the Rocket and reduces the amount of fuel lost whenever Wile accidentally bumps into objects,Winter Accessories allows Wile to gain extra points.

Speed Boost

The Speed Boost gives Wile well… a Speed Boost.

Mini Coyote

The Mini Coyote lets Wile shrink for 10 seconds to help him avoid obstacles.

Invincibility

This Power Up Gives Wile a Forcefield that is impervious to all damage for around 10 seconds.

Fuel

This, well… Fuels up Wile’s Rocket.

ACME Credits

It is Money.

Mega Boost

The Mega Boost is like the Speed Boost but way faster.

Looney Tunes Dash Power-Ups

Looney Tunes Dash is a mobile game where a Toon must run away from their adversary to reach a certain point, similar to most running mobile games. There are power ups picked up by the runners that can be used. Despite Wile not being a playable character, some of these items are ACME products and therefore items that Wile should have access to. Despite not all these power-ups being labelled as ACME, they’re all in the same general section in terms of power ups and can be used by all runner characters (Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Roadrunner, Tweety, Taz, and Speedy Gonzales); so they should arguably be in the same category. However, it is fair to disregard these specific items due to them not directly being labelled as ACME products. These items in question will be marked in red.

ACME Vac

Allows for the wearer to suck up any items within its range and collect them. It’s really good at sucking up Carrots. Just felt like pointing this out, no real reason why.

ACME Rewind-O-Matic

In-game if a Toon fails to meet the requirements of a level and is stopped from reaching the end point, they may use this device to rewind time to reach a certain point in a level where they can try again.

Note: This is not passive, as it is not usable if the Toon is defeated before reaching their destination. Only if they reach their destination, but without meeting the requirements for the level. So this appears to be a device that must be activated.

Gossamer Potion

Turns the user into Gossamer temporarily, who in this game is invulnerable and can smash through all obstacles and rival Toons.

Super Hero Cape

Temporarily grants the user flight, invulnerability, and a cool cape. In the game, it allows for the user to smash through all obstacles and Toons that are in their way.

Crash Helmet

Allows for the wearer to receive one attack or crash without taking any damage.

World of Mayhem Gadgets

Gadgets are wild ACME Corporation contraptions that can be equipped on your toons. Toons are able to equip up to 4 Gadgets at a time. These gadgets include the following:

Health Vacuum

Wile has a 25% lifesteal.10% attack.

Punching Stick

Whenever this toon defeats an enemy, it gets Attack Up until the end of the battle. If it’s an Attacker, it also gains 50% turn meter. 10% attack.

Iron Curtain

Whenever this toon receives damage, apply Attack Down to the attacker for 2 turns. If this toon is a defender, once per battle, when its health gets below 50%, heal it for 30% max health. 10% defense.

Spiked Poms

Whenever this toon deals damage, it gains Defense Up. If this toon is a Support, also heal your allies for 45% of its Attack stat. 10% defense.

Anger Pills

Whenever Wile receives damage, the stronger his attacks get overtime. 10% defense.

Slippery Oil

Whenever one or more allies are healed, this toon gains Dodge Chance Up for 2 turns. 10% defense.

Dynamite Arrow

This toon has a +25% Critical Chance. Also has +10% Critical damage if equipped to an attacker. 10% attack.

Horned Helmet

At the start of the battle, this toon receives 5 Defense Up and Taunt for 2 turns. 10% defense.

Squeaky Cleaner

At the start of this toon’s turn, Cleanse a random debuff. Also remove stun and silence once if the toon’s a Defender. 10% defense.

Carrot Juice

Whenever this toon deals damage, it gains Attack Up. If it’s a support toon, the most injured ally will be healed for 75% of their attack stat. 28.6% defense.

Radioactive Carrot

This toon has a +35% Debuff Resistance while above 50% Max Health, and +35% Defense while below. 3.4% health.

Boom-Erang

Once per turn, whenever this toon is inflicted with Stat Down, they get Cleanse 1 towards a debuff and inflict that same debuff on the enemy. 3.4% defense.

Abilities

Superhuman Physical Characteristics

Anthropomorphic coyote… Wile E. Coyote has displayed many feats to suit this category. From lifting huge boulders to reflecting cannonballs with his head! Able to endure explosions and bullets straight to the face, for speed he is able to run after and catch up to vehicles or an amped Bugs Bunny.

Coyote Physiology / Enhanced senses / Adaptability

We know coyotes, as well as wolves and other predators, tend to seek out the most vulnerable prey animals by detecting wounds or other weaknesses, in addition to detecting fear and cluelessness. Sniffing for them is very much a matter of gathering not only potential prey and food information, but also social information! Coyotes can smell hormones, pheromones, and an array of body chemicals. And similar to do they can pick up scent even if something isn’t present. In extreme environments such as Deserts or Snowy Forests, Coyotes are still able to exceed as Hunters, with them being able to regulate their heat. Coyote’s can also hear one mile away! So watch out for Texas’ beloved carnivores!

Toon Physiology

Every Toon is stated to have a DNA which pretty much explains their insane durability. With this it's fair to assume that their Durability and resistances are comparable to each other. They're able to come back from any kind of damage and such. Should this DNA be removed from them and the Toons would be fully incapacitated as they wouldn't be able to regenerate from the damage they take (tho they don't die from it, just unable to bounce back). But Looney DNA isn't where Toons get these “Powers”, they have it from their inner “Tooniness”. With Tooniness there’s the “Sense of Humor” each Toon has which brings their Zaniness to life, without it, they’d be boring husks of themselves. Tooniness is able to allow a Toon to adapt overtime to abilities, allowing them to develop resistances to it all- just as comedy evolves rapidly, so can a Toon! (See the Toon Physiology section in the Q&A for more info)

Hammerspace

A cartoon staple, Wile E. Coyote can pull things from nowhere like signs, dynamites, gasoline and even oversized scissors! Not much else to say about it… but hey, look at him do it! (>0<;;;)

4th Wall Breaking / Dimensional Manipulation

Wile is aware of the 4th wall and has even talked to the audience by pulling up signs. He also got out of the comic page he was in and even went to a previous page to cut out the Roadrunner, along with being unaffected by any changes to the future. Like many other toons, Wile starts off as 2-D drawings and becomes 3-dimensional once he leaps off the pages and comes into the real world! Even after that, Wile can escape the server-verse to another plane of existence being our world. Can also become the animator, thus realistically should have the same capabilities as any other Looney Tune who can use the animator method. Many Toons are capable of doing this, even Wile’s less intelligent rival, Roadrunner. So this is further evidence that Wile should logically have the ability to manipulate the plot in a similar fashion. (Debatable if Wile would ever use this in a normal scenario) Speaking of the animator, he should also have…

Plot Manipulation

Like many characters, Wile has the ability to manipulate the plot of his very own cartoon such as dragging the Looney Tunes end card causing the cartoon to end. Can also transition into the next scene (did this when he was a baby) and has even asked the editors to end the cartoon before he gets hit or he could just ask the animator to draw his weapons into existence so permanently getting rid of his arsenal will be a very hard task. Can debatably become the animator.

Body Control / Elasticity

Befitting of a toon from an era where physics-defying slapstick reigned supreme, Wile has been shown to be able to freely stretch his body in a plethora of ways. As shown above, he can wrap his own body around itself multiple times like a cinnamon roll and unwrap himself just as easily. He can stretch his limbs to absurd lengths, be flattened like a pancake (sometimes mysteriously making accordion noises as well), squeeze through small passageways, cartoonishly contort his body to hide behind objects he otherwise shouldn’t be able to, and inflate his head like a balloon to float around. For a point of comparison, the Roadrunner (who is about as experienced in Tooning as him) has mastered body control to the point of being able to stretch from one side of the screen (or possibly the world) to the other.

Magic

Wile knows a decent bit of magic himself! He can shoot lightning from his fingers, telekinetically levitate targets and even cause storms (And yes this is Wile E. Coyote in disguise

and after Wile got ahold of an ACME book of magic (and a magic broom that let's him fly to space lol) he seemingly taught himself how to use certain forms of magic! Such as being able to scale to Wizards who can fire blasts from their hands which are strong enough to disintegrate each other, change his own size (however Wile can only change a specific body part),and transmute animals or even objects into many things!

And if ya need more Wile has equipment that taught him even more magic! His wand is capable of firing a small projectile that will bounce around everywhere until it hits a target causing it to explode. He is able to make things disappear such as a bridge and his hat is able to teleport someone into a random location (or maybe the Roadrunner resists sealing! Who knows). With a different magic hat, he could summon the likes of Bugs Bunny, and that was his less talented form!

He's also capable of changing your physiology such as when he turned the Roadrunners into turtles. With the purpose of a Magic cook book, alongside a cauldron, he can also use various ingredients to transmute someone, and it even has a spell which will forcibly bring someone to a farther-off location.

[HAXXES TOTAL: Electricity manipulation, weather manipulation, telekinesis, energy projection, transmutation, biological manipulation, size manipulation, erasure, BFR / sealing, summoning]

Mind Manipulation

Through learning hypnosis. Wile can fire a beam, anyone hit by it will be under Wile's control (Wile has the audacity to make them commit suicide as seen above 😭) Can do the same thing with his stop watch

Confidence

It’s a known fact that confidence is the key to success, but for Toons, confidence allows them to exceed in their craft. It's shown that confidence allows them to make them faster and stronger and heck, even invulnerable, and Wile has been shown to access this power in the comics and in Space Jam.

Accelerated Development

Wile E. Coyote constantly improves on himself each time he performs, and he’s even able to learn things he reads from books almost instantly- as seen with his mastery of various fighting styles and even magic!

Duplication

Toons in general have shown the ability to naturally duplicate themselves. An example of Wile doing this would be in the “Bugs Bunny Crazy Castle” series of games where Wile along with other Toons have shown this ability multiple times. This is also showcased in the crate minigame for “ACME Animation Factory”, which adds consistency to Wile having this ability.

Regeneration

Like many Toons, Wile can regenerate from any physical harm done to him like surviving his entire body falling apart [See above] disintegration, liquidation. Came back from melting into a puddle. He can also come back from essentially just blowing up to nothingness. This is pretty consistent as well. And if you need more, here’s him being hit instantly regenerating from being disintegrated and liquified on-screen!

He can also regenerate from Marvin's blaster, the same blaster which can supposedly negate Looney Tunes regeneration. Can also come back from being disintegrated and eaten by the Roadrunner so presumably there'd be nothing of him left, and If that's not enough he can even be drawn into existence by the animator! The idea of Toons being reanimated if they're “extinct” has in fact been acknowledged in the Animaniacs reboot and it's also supported by WoG.

Wile's regenerative capabilities can go further beyond as Bugs says, Toons can survive anything whether it being erased from existence, having their spirits destroyed or even having one’s information completely erased. [See QNA for why Wile's regeneration is being scaled to other Toons]

NOTE: This is the same glitch move that Bugs performed which deleted an entire safe file of a video game character therefore Bugs would have been surviving having his entire information destroyed. Even if you wanna argue that it takes too long given we only see Bugs a week after he's erased. Wile E. Coyote has in fact used the strategy of going back in time to kill his opponents where he thinks they're vulnerable

Immortality / Pain Tolerance/ Resurrection

Wile is capable of withstanding the pain behind his own failures without much of a reaction if any at all; as Toons are required to endure pain to gain laughs. They can also function and survive attacks that can revert them into a skeleton, blow them into pieces, body parts separate, turn them into ashes, and more.

toons are shown to exist independently of their paper or story otherwise. Being erased won’t work either as toons can still exist as a bodiless voice before regenerating. Even if the toon is completely dead and without skin, a brain or any working organs, a Wild Take can cause them to resurrect and animate.

Toon Immortality goes beyond simply being able to come back from physical ailments, though. Toons are able to bring themselves back from the memories and laughter of others, seemingly showing that they can live forever as long as there’s a person laughing and remembering the toon.  Slappy Squirrel, a veteran toon states that no one truly gets hurt in a cartoon and Yakko in “Yakko Amakko” states  “Good thing I’m impervious to harm.”. And to get truly wild, it turns out that Looney Tunes can manifest out of stars and come to life from the covers of books… something supported by Book Revue (aka the Zoot Suit Daffy episode) where Daffy popped off the cover of a Looney Tunes comic book (2:51).

Supernatural Charisma / Perception Manipulation

With his natural charisma and his impressive costumes, he can fool anyone into thinking he's someone he's not, such as hunters, employees, the US military for crying out loud and even the Roadrunner that he chases endlessly despite the Roadrunner being able to see through his disguises in the past, he more consistently falls for them... at least until the costume comes off. His social influence is so potent that he’s able to trick the Roadrunner and his sons into thinking that they were an entirely different species of birds that hopped around on one leg and ate peanuts off the ground, even though they had been Roadrunners their whole lives. Toon’s disguises are capable of deception on the level of fooling robots, even those with identifying sensors.

Thick Head

Apparently Wile's head is strong enough to the point it can reflect cannonballs all the way back to the sender

Wishing / Causality manipulation

Just like every other toon. They're able to wish upon looking at any star. In Toon World wishing upon a star will get you whatever you desire, wishes in general in universe are so strong that they're able to alter HISTORY itself and Wile is shown to use the Wishing Star (I wish for Tom to perma-die, THE END!)

Non Physical Interaction /

 Subjective Reality

(Note: To avoid redundancy, the section regarding Subjective Reality has all its information sourced under the Toon Physiology section. This will just be a general overview of what this subjective reality entails)

As explained by Elmer Fudd’s explanation in Tiny Toons, if a Toon believes that they will fall then this will actually happen. Just like how if there’s nothing below them and they don’t realise this, the Toon is capable of floating in the air. This is further supported by the Looney Tunes: The Ultimate Guide explaining that Roadrunner is capable of running through Wile’s tunnel paintings due to believing that the painting is an actual tunnel, while Wile knows it’s a painting so he can’t perform the same feat. This explanation is also given for Roadrunner running through a steel plate, because he doesn’t know that he can’t do this.

Wile is also capable of harming or interacting with things that aren’t physical, such as spirits, dust clouds, and even his own reactional images that he is capable of making pop up into existence (as shown above). All his attacks can harm and demolish soul toons like Revenant Roadrunner.

Self - Gravity Manipulation

Until Wile looks down or realises that there is no platform under him, he is capable of staying suspended in mid air. Has also ignored gravity for a few seconds just to blow a raspberry on the Roadrunner

Painting

A recurring gag in the Roadrunner shorts where Wile creates a painting of a tunnel only for the Roadrunner to run straight through it. Wile is able to weaponize it in “Looney Tunes World of Mayhem” + “Space Jam: A new legacy” and make people get hit by a train [see above] Can even seal enemies in painting

Shapeshifting

For some reason, Toons are able to shapeshift into each other and seemingly get that specific Toon's power as well, such as when they shapeshifted into the Roadrunner and gained his speed. Wile has shown this ability in Looney Tunes B-Ball as mentioned before.

Physical Manifestation

Wile can physically manifest from someone's thought. Even if that thought isn’t about him specifically. It’s a physical manifestation since he can physically interact with Calamity and even leave the thought cloud. This is also a consistent Toon ability as Sylvester and Daffy are shown doing it and in an older short “The Mouse that Jack Built” two mice escape into the real world via being dreamed about.

Information Analysis

Upon manifesting from someone’s thoughts, Wile gains a book about the person's entire life. As in this case, the book was about Calamity Coyote’s life.

Immersion

Wile has the ability to enter his own paintings by just running into them as seen above. Showcases the same ability as seen here. Wile can also exit the Serververse which is located inside of Warner Bros computer.

Personas

In the plot of World of Mayhem, it claims that these personas are perfect clones of the Toons created by Marvin, with most of them taking up different equipment to differentiate each other from the non-clone Toons; as such, they should be the same in terms of power set as they are perfect clones of the toons and are made to be exactly like them along with their history. Especially since Bugs can do these effects in the beginning of the game and is aware of himself and other toons having it.

  • Before we dive in, allow us to elaborate on WoM. In this game the “Silence” status effect prevents a toon from using a skill other than base attack skill.

  • “Flip a buff” means you take a positive buff off of the enemy and add a debuff of the same type. So Defense up turns into Defense down, speed up turns to speed down, etc.

  • What are relationships? Relationships are passive effects that each toon has. They grant special effects if the conditions listed are met, giving the toons an edge in battle.

  • “Passive attacks” are effects that occur immediately upon the requirements to activate them.

  • “Taunt” is an effect like in games such as Honkai:Star Rail and other games that follow this style of gameplay. Forces a toon to attack a specific someone and nobody else, this one is a game mechanic.

  • Ignoring damage immunity means a toon’s attack can bypass defenses like forcefields, shields, invulnerable durability

Several of these are going to blatantly say toons as the specific targets so why use world of mayhem? At first glance it looks like it, however toons and their effects work on the animator. Someone who isn’t a toon.

  • Unlikely Hero: Unlikely Heroes are able to gain Emboldened, granting them +25% Attack, +25% Piercing, +50% Stun Resistance and Cleansing 1 Horrify and 1 Rotting at the beginning of its turn. While Emboldened, attacks against Monsters have +25% Ignore Defense.

  • Unlikely Hero: This toon has a +10% Attack, Defense, and Speed while any Hunter toon is in battle as an ally.

ATTACKS

[HAXXES TOTAL: Statistics amplification, limited durability negation against monsters, electricity manipulation, biological manipulation, damage boost against monsters, statistics reduction against monsters, status inducement, and attack negation against monsters.]

Resistances

Fire Manipulation: Was unaffected by the heat within the Earth’s core and can withstand hellfire from Hell Dog in World of Mayhem.

Electricity Manipulation: Wile withstood being electrocuted by a powerline with the only effect being that it lit up his nose like a lightbulb. Also tanked being electrocuted by bolts of lightning

Ice Manipulation / Extreme colds: Came back from being frozen. And Wile is able to survive being in the vacuum of space pretty consistently without the need of his suits.

Sound Manipulation: Unaffected by loud headbanging music which caused his vehicle to explode and erm idk his eardrums didn't blow up from it

Transmutation: Was fine after being turned into a constellation and popcorn (In fact, Wile can freely move even when turned into a constellation!) If the coyote is ever hit with irreversible transmutation then he has access to a cure which can negate the effect. Having shapeshifting also counts as means of being able to counter transmutation. Lanterns are capable of fighting back against being fully transformed

Statistics Reduction / Data manipulation: Radioactive Carrot grants a resistance to debuffs. Even to debuffs that directly affect a Toon’s data.

Plot and Fate Manipulation: Wile's shown that he can just ignore the continuation of his cartoon whenever he likes. Having plot manipulation himself already means that Wile isn't bound to the plot or whatever fate is supposed to happen to him

Time manipulation: Wile is able to move freely during the latin names which canonically stops the animation itself from moving as seen here during the meeting between Bugs Bunny and LeBron James. As long as the latin names are there then time is frozen. To support this resistance furthermore, he was able to resist it as a baby. Can exist and move on the blank paper, the symbolization of nothingness, their void which the laws of time and space don’t apply here!

Paralysis Inducement: In world of mayhem, Wile is able to give himself and teammates an immunity to stunning

Pain Manipulation: Like all toons, Wile can endure a high amount of pain to the point he will feel no pain whatsoever whether he’s a skeleton or his body parts are gone. Toons act like they’re in pain to gain laughter and memories, and as stated prior. Toons are immune to pain.

Poison Manipulation: Wile withstood the smell of a poisonous gas which killed off a tree causing it to fall on him. Can withstand Pepe Le Pew’s stench, which can kill plants and animals. Withstanding this stench would grant other resistances for Wile, such as.

Sleep Manipulation: Pepe Le Pew’s stench can knock out animals instantaneously

Death Manipulation: Kills plants upon mere exposure to it.

Petrification: The stench is capable of petrifying those that smell it. Yet Wile is capable of running away after directly sniffing the scent.

Fear Manipulation: Has fought the Tasmanian Devil, who can scare a bear trap into coming to life and fleeing. His presence alone can cause animals to flee in fear and Wile can perfectly fight him without feeling any fear whatsoever.  Lanterns are chosen for their willpower to resist fear

Antimatter Manipulation (With the Green Lantern Ring): The Green Lantern ring can ward off antimatter

Illusion Creation (With the Green Lantern Ring): The Lantern ring is able to block out illusions

Age Manipulation: Toons by their nature are unable to age, able to regain their youth even if they are somehow aged from the laughter and memories of others.

Physics Manipulation, Law Manipulation and Logic Manipulation: Obviously all toons are able to ignore laws of physics and logic with their cartoon physics. Wile E. Coyote is perfectly capable of resisting the laws that are meant to control his cartoons. (mostly /j)

Scaling

The Looney Tunes

The Coyote wouldn't have existed if it weren't the iconic franchise! The Looney Tunes are canonically actors who pretty much entertain their “audience” by doing a lot of wacky shit while bringing laughter into them. It may seem questionable to make Wile scale to all of them cause “he never directly confronts them” but it's no shock that Wile has actually thrown hands with characters like Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck. They even directly fight against eachother here with no issue. Wile has even fought characters such as Marvin, Sylvester, and Yosemite Sam; all characters who directly scale to Bugs and Daffy (Heck he overpowers Daffy even while critically injured). Finally, in World of Mayhem all Toons are relative to one another. So Wile scaling should be fine.

Power

Speed

  • The Kee Wee is described by in-universe official documents as significantly faster than the Roadrunner, and Wile is on par with Taz, so… yeah, so much for the Roadrunner always being faster than Wile.

Durability

The students of ACME Loo

the Toons, as shown in the first episode when Bugs helped create the school. As such, since these are characters who are under the teaching of the Toons, which includes Wile, this should imply that they are on par with them.

ANIMANIACS

The Animaniacs cast are a part of the same universe as our looney stars and students of Looniversity. The Warners have shown and heavily implied to be equals with the looney tunes. The Warner siblings have gone toe to toe with Taz and other characters have interacted with other characters such as Roadrunner & Wile E. Coyote.

DC Comics (Optional)

DC scaling? Our goat doesn't need it smh but it's a lot more solid than one might think. The Toons have shown many instances where they can match DC heralds on the level of Mr. Mxy, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash and many more! This would include Wile E. Coyote as well since as proven in the scan, he was able to keep or even outspeed Wally West who has stated to give it his all. Characters like the Dodo Bird have been able to fight on equal footing with Mr. Mxy, same with Daffy Duck and Taz (who very much scale to Wile E. Coyote), and Mxyzptlk is explicitly said to be the same across all universes. So even if DC isn’t vital for Looney Tunes scaling, it is pretty hard to dispute it.

Michael Jordan and LeBron James [Not optional]

Toons upscale LeBron and Michael, there is no shock to that. As we know space jam 1 & 2 do exist, let’s look at this scaling!

  • Jordan is the only player to tally 250+ steals, 125+ blocks in the same season

  • Jordan is the only rookie to lead his team in points, rebounds, assists and steals

  • Jordan is the only guard to record 2500+ points over 5 consecutive regular seasons

  • LeBron and his team won the championship against the greatest regular season team in the Golden State Warriors (73–9), but came back from 3–1 to win the best of 7 series.

  • LeBron can handle toons in world of mayhem

  • LeBron is in Fortnite and…

Teen Titans Go! (Yes actually) [Optional]

Looney tunes have been shown and referenced to exist in the verse as actual beings, LT cast should scale considering in the WB 100 crossover we see Daffy and Robin fight. The nerdlucks from Space Jam make an appearance and own the titans (having successfully sucked their talent out with their magic basketball), in the TTG movie the Warners are said to live in the water tower, and finally the Freakazoid crossover.

Weaknesses

While the Coyote has proven himself to be quite powerful, he wouldn't be the Wile we all know and love if it weren't for his flaws (seriously it'd be boring if Wile caught the Roadrunner just like that and ate him smh) there can be times where Wile just has poor planning or even uses his weapons incorrectly by not reading its instructions, sometimes his weapons just blow up randomly or Wile just has very poor timing when it comes to setting up his gear and there have been moments where Wile E can genuinely be an idiot (blud used cement to try and get rid of skunk spray instead of your traditional tomato juice 😭) and while he isn't cocky per se, he does have a huge ego thinking he is smarter than everyone else and generally underestimating their intelligence- though this usually mostly happens in his solo outings against Bugs Bunny. In Bugs Bunny Builders, he considers everyone a genius, so the ego part is a tad bit inconsistent… still, there’s the possibility to consider.

We have the “Sense of Humour”, if his Sense of Humour is artificially enhanced too much, it risks the Sense of Humour escaping; leaving Wile as a very boring husk. The Sense of Humour at this point would escape and cause mayhem but without anyone to help put the Humour back into Wile, he could remain stuck as a boring husk permanently as the Sense of Humor disappears by sundown. While this has never happened to Wile himself thankfully, it is still a possibility that should be regarded.

Controversially, we also have The Dip, a substance in the film “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” that is able to kill Toons, but contrary to how people think it works, Dip can only kill a Toon if the Toon is fully submerged in it, getting hit by it isn’t instant Death as Benny demonstrates when his tires were sprayed by Dip, infact, Toons might be able to heal from Dip as Benny during the end of the film came back with his tires healed up and even if a Toon is killed by Dip, in the Graphic Novel “Resurrection of Doom” the villain “Judge Doom” who was killed by Dip in the film is revived when he was drawn on Cel Paper which was put into a Multiplane Camera which Reanimated him literally.

Unrelated to that, he has two other weaknesses to discuss- one being that, when he has lost access to his inventions, he will end up becoming completely bloodlusted and acting off of pure instinct. Given his massive arsenal, this shouldn’t be a big problem, but still good to bring up. Along with that, Wile E. Coyote has a high sensitivity for a certain noise- namely, the Beep Beep. Consistently, it is shown that the Beep Beep of the Roadrunner (and the Roadrunner’s children, when applicable) acts as a great source of stress and almost like a trigger for him. Anything that may remind him of this, like the beeping of satellites in space or the honking of a horn, will give him similar grief.

Looney Tunes Cosmology

(Yes)

Ooh boy, where do we start?! Credit goes to whoever wrote the Looney Tunes VS wiki page for the found 29,200 universes.

In the Looney Tunes cosmology, everything starts simply enough- with a drawing. Even since the dawn of Bosko and his fellow black-and-white toons, these characters have had a very close relationship with the ones drawing them, possessing full awareness of the outside world. However, as the Looney Tunes world expanded, the world they inhabited became bigger.

In fact, it became infinite in scope! This is the world that the characters inhabit upon leaving their drawings, resembling our world through the lens of parody.

The verse also subscribes to such theories as the Butterfly Effect, where one change in history can create multiple parallel realities. Because of that, every instance of time travel would result in a branching path; the size of the multiverse based on this is brought anywhere from 29,200 to 1.93-5.79 hundred million as the result of a groundhog day loop. (There are other instances of time travel in Looney Tunes, of course, but this works as a great starting point given the sheer scale.)

Outside of this, there exists the "Serververse," in which all Warner Bros. properties exist in the Warner Bros. database. Everything from DC to Austin Powers and even The Matrix are treated merely as data to those in the outside world. We can definitely argue that the Serververse is canon to at least parallel versions of these characters because Rick and Morty killed their Space Jam counterparts, which alone would allow for the argument of Looney Tunes taking place within an infinite multiverse. Speaking of which...

The real world is seemingly the final destination. This is the one in which the infamous animator resides and the one in which everything is a lot more real. Consistently, Toons have trouble being able to act against the animator, which is why it is so effective for those like Bugs Bunny, Elmer Fudd, or Daffy Duck to fill in that role. Even the especially powerful Toons like Yakko Warner are left mostly helpless against the animator until being able to pull them into their space.

And as for further dimensional tiering support, Witch Hazel had indicated she was travelling to the 5th dimension- and she’s legitimately magic, so we can’t really doubt her word on that. Plus, we see with an incident between Yosemite Sam and Marvin the Martian that higher dimensionality is a thing. And just for fun, Rick and Morty has a statement about spatial dimensions being legit, and hey, we do got some solid proof for scaling to their cosmology.

So this would make the Looney Tunes 5D right? Well yes! But there is something even better worth mentioning…

Superstring Theory

In the Duck Dodgers segment of the Looney Tunes Comics, it was discovered that the Looney Tunes cosmos operates on (a rather cartoonish example of) superstring theory, an attempt by scientists to explain all particles and fundamental forces of nature in the universe. It is a byproduct of string theory that accounts for both fermions and bosons and incorporates supersymmetry to model gravity. Duck Dodgers & Eager Young Space Cadet discovered this when they discovered a cluster of green “worms” within a wormhole. The wormhole alone would warrant a 4D multiverse fitting with the cartoonist and animator relationship as explained above, but there being superstrings inside a wormhole means that the Looney Tunes multiverse alone operates on a 10th dimensional scale! It’s debatable whether you want to scale toons or cosmology to this, but this puts the cosmology comfortably at 5D - debatably 10D

Preferred opponent

Tom from Tom and Jerry

(Small animation by Mav)

Intelligent and mostly silent cartoon predators who have been chasing the same prey for years whether it be physically or through traps only to always fail in the end

While there ain't much in connections (i mean c'mon, why would you want deep connections for Tom vs Wile of all MUs) it is carried by its wacky animation potential with both having an incredibly wide arsenal that could be fun to either bounce off of. You could also have both attempt to set up traps for one another only for them to backfire due to the sheer nature of these two. Also yay it won ToC!!!!

Summary

“Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Wile E. Coyote, super genius!”

  • Multiversal+ to Low Complex Multi - debatably 10D destructive levels of power with immeasurable speed

  • Extraordinary Genius levels of intelligence and tactics means he'd always attempt to go for the kill first and start off with his more destructive arsenal

  • Regeneration and immortality makes it extremely difficult to put him down for good

  • Even if he's at a power disadvantage, many of his abilities and weapons outright ignore durability

  • Huge arsenal and multiple ways of cloning makes it extremely difficult to overwhelm him

QNA Section

So this is an extra section that we decided to add to elaborate further on how not just Wile but how other Looney Tunes characters work as there are a few misconceptions that we'd like to point before releasing this blog so let's get started

Wouldn't Wile screw himself over with his own gear?

This is a pretty common argument we see but the short answer is no. It's very reasonable to see why one would think so but most of the time Wile isn't really screwed over by ACME products and it's more so just Roadrunner being way too fast for him and canonically having the ability to induce bad luck into Wile. Wile is able to use his gear just fine against other Toons with Roadrunner being the exception, we are aware that Bugs Bunny was able to outwit Wile but if you've seen the shorts then it wasn't really Wile's own plans being flawed or the ACME products failing, it was mostly just Bugs Bunny always being able to outsmart him

Another notable thing to point out is that the Roadrunner is canonically the president of ACME and has specifically designed for most of these weapons to not work on him, heck sometimes he can just take control of them so it's not really Wile's own doing but more so the Roadrunner rigging these traps for them to not work on him

And finally, Wile's weapons backfiring on him have never occurred whenever he's in a position to defend himself such as against the Goon Squad or the Monstars as Wile was able to utilize his weapons against them without being hit by them himself

Isn't Wile always designed to fail?

This is a pretty common thing that's been thrown around as well and the short answer is, again no. There is not a single direct statement of Wile being “designed to lose” especially when there are many instances where he has actually been able to outwit not just the Roadrunner but other Toons as well. So it's nothing more than a headcanon, the only thing that's been found are the rules to the Roadrunner shorts (which shouldn't even be considered as these rules have been broken many times) but nothing in those rules indicate that Wile is not allowed to win a fight.

Aren't the DC characters just DCAU?

(DC Scaling! My favourite

Pretty simple to the readers that yes this is the main continuity DC characters. In the comic Mxy wants to fuse both universes, Mxy is every version of himself. Mxy also enters the toon world.. In the end we see a portal for Looney Tunes’ universe open up for our toons to make their way out, sometimes universes don’t mesh well… separating both universes! So no these aren’t the same characters of DCAU, no racing Wally west feat here.

Why is Wile getting every ACME product?

Because we need everything in our power to make Tom Bros shamble in fear rehehehe/j

But seriously, just because Wile hasn't used some of these ACME products does not mean he can't order any of them, as they are stuff that every Toon can access, and given that Wile is ACME’s favourite customer, then yeah, they'd 100% let him order all of this, as there is nothing suggesting he can't aside from “he never used it'' as he is 90% of the sales. Wile having access to the ACME catalogue also gives him information on products that he hasn’t used so realistically he should be able to call upon them. In official ACME books it shows Wile looking through them which consist of ACME products that he hasn’t used. Also Wile is capable of ordering items in places that are even away from his own universe, such as the Serververse; so ordering items in a normal scenario for Wile shouldn’t be a problem.

What is up with the Anti-Looney DNA Gun?

Ok so during a Tiny Toons episode we get a blatant explanation on how Toons work given that they have a certain DNA in them that helps them bounce back from any damage done to them. Wile was able to create a serum that completely negates that DNA turning off their regeneration so this would give Wile an auto win against any slapstick cartoon character right?.... Well absolutely not, the gun specifically targets LOONEY DNA, something that's only exclusive to the Looney Tunes so the gun is ultimately useless against everything else pretty much.

Apart from the cross-media arguments, though, there’s the argument of whether a Toon having their DNA dissolved would be game over for them… and the answer, in fact, is no. Even without having access to the cure for Looney DNA, there would be a multitude of ways for Wile E. Coyote to be able to continue. Looney DNA is only cited as providing a Toon’s regeneration, not their durability or their multitude of powers. Being squashed into a funny shape by a giant anvil and stuck that way would be more annoying than actually debilitating, as the opponent still needs to be strong enough to KILL Wile E. Keep in mind that Wile has survived his own machinery before without being reduced to ashes or even squashed sometimes and on top of that, Wile E. Coyote very easily could end up being redrawn by the animator, having a clone fill in for him, just popping out of his opponent’s thoughts… or any number of methods. That’s not even mentioning the fact that he wouldn’t be using this device as his first option in a battle, especially against a new opponent and not a long-term rival.

Why is Animaniacs being used? Aren't they non canon?

The answer to this is no. Animaniacs is very much canon to Looney Tunes, and of course it’s connection to tiny toons..in addition are said to be LT stars by Bugs Bunny himself. There are numerous appearances and dialogue from the cast of both series on both shows. Even in the games such as Looney Tunes World of Mayhem for example that takes all of Looney Tune’s history and inserts it into one game.. the Warner’s water tower is there along in intros. Even in other series that LT has crossed with, the Warners have been referenced. Safe to say both take place in the same universe.

T&J Scaling to Looney Tunes characters (As a bonus to troll Tom)

This is moreso just a section created to cancel out the argument of cross scaling Tom to other Toons in case base Looney Tune’s cosmology and stat placement gets too intimidating for some people. So it’s no surprise that Tom and Jerry, like Looney Tunes, is loose and has plenty of crossovers. However, there are rules that apply when using crossovers in a VS sense that all universes must follow (Neither LT nor T&J are exempt from this rule). In order for two universes to scale to one another without it being deemed as “cross verse scaling” the crossover must have proof of being canon to both universes. I’ll start with the games that Looney Tunes and T&J are crossed over in.

First, Tom and Jerry Chase:

With this case, it’s stated that Bugs was sent from his world to the T&J world, so Tom &  Jerry doesn’t share the same cosmology- it is pretty consistent that Bugs can appear in other animated universes. Besides this, it’s argued that due to having his own story for how he arrived in the universe as well as having relative stats to the other characters in Chase, that means Tom has relative stats to Bugs. Well the former point would just open up a rabbit hole for other crossovers with the same reasoning as to how the crossover occurred. Such as Mortal Kombat where it’s outright stated that characters such as Omni Man, Terminator, Kratos, and hell even Joker came from their own universes to the Mortal Kombat world.

However, these events are never referenced in their home series just like the example of Bugs arriving in T&J Chase. Nor are they supported by further proof of the verses canonically being parallel with one another outside of crossovers. So if you used this scaling for this reasoning, you’d also be opening up the rabbit hole for characters present in MK to get scaling to the verse and vice versa. It’s the same case with Marvel VS Capcom where despite the worlds being merged, characters like Ryu (unless composited) don’t just get given scaling to Galactus or Marvel high tiers on the normal.

With Looney Tunes and DC (Not that Wile needs this of course, just arguing a case that’s more reasonable for scaling) not only are there multiple references of both universes coexisting within each other in plot or story outside of crossovers or advertisements, but there was a plot in the comics of Looney Tunes characters getting sucked into DC where the series basically merged in the comics as opposed to a single crossover event. Again, if you still see this as double standards you could easily disregard Looney Tunes scaling to DC and it’d still be fair game. But scaling DC to Looney Tunes has more backing than scaling Tom & Jerry to Looney Tunes.

As for the latter of Bugs being relative to other chasers in stats, this can simply be stemmed down to gameplay balancing as this is a showing that’s only within gameplay. Having relative stats in gameplay doesn’t automatically mean characters are relative to each other if there’s nothing lore wise or story wise supporting this. This is demonstrated from multiple fictional media such as (Once again) Mortal Kombat, Pokemon (Pokemon like Machamp have a higher base attack stat than Arceus in gameplay, that doesn’t mean lore wise Machamp upscales Arceus), Street Fighter, etc. Bugs and Tom being relative in stats through Chase would fall into this exact same category. As for Multiversus and other game crossovers, basically the same arguments apply- can’t scale the Animal Crossing Villager to Kirby, etc.

Next, Cartoon Crossovers:

In these various examples, there’s very little if any indication of Tom physically scaling to Looney Tunes in any of them. Starting with his commercial where he summons in Looney Tunes characters, he not only never physically interacts with them but there’s also no evidence of them being under his control or anything. They just chill in the commercial minding their own business after being summoned (mind you that Bugs canonically HATES being summoned). In the Teen Titans Go 100th Anniversary episode Tom once again never does any fighting or anything that signifies scaling in AP. There is however an argument of Tom scaling in speed due to all the characters being on pace with each other while chasing Robin at the end of the episode

While this could be the case, we feel like this could also be chalked down to being plot induced stupidity. Why do we say this? Well the Flash was part of the crowd and it by plot makes no sense for Robin to be outrunning him when he’s (along with Kid Flash) consistently in the show shown to easily be faster than Robin. It would also mean that slower Toons (such as Foghorn Leghorn) can keep up with Roadrunner because they were all in the crowd; which narratively makes no sense. These narrative contradictions alone showcase this feat as just being an inconsistent outlier, or simply again; plot induced stupidity.

The biggest issue with using Tom scaling to Looney Tunes characters is that none of the instances that warrant this are things that happen in plot or in lore. Every instance of Tom and Looney Tunes being together is either through a simple advertisement for cartoons or a game that’s either a big crossover or where one of the two makes a small guest appearance in the other verse. There’s never an actual story driven crossover between Tom & Jerry and Looney Tunes. Just like with multiple other verses that have cross advertised with other series for simple advertisements (Such as Shonen Jump, CN City, NickToons, Once Upon a Studio for Disney, etc.) we see no reason as to why Tom should be the exception and gain Looney Tunes scaling despite never appearing in a story based event in series and only getting said scaling through either advertisements or guest appearances.

Finally, let’s assume you ignore all of this and still scale Tom to Bugs through past crossovers:

Well, Wile would still be faster. Wile’s consistently seen as one of the faster Toons, only being beaten out by Roadrunner and Speedy. Bugs needed to use Speed Pills just to outrun Wile and the second they wore off Bugs had to resort to his normal trickery. Speedy Gonzales has also blitzed Tom, who the Roadrunner is comparable to; heck Roadrunner should logically be FASTER than Speedy due to being his mentor for speed and even beat him in a race. Wile not only at the very least downscales the Roadrunner in speed, but has also straight up outran Speedy as shown earlier. Also, as shown earlier; Wile is capable of setting up entire explosive traps faster than a member of the Monstars (Monsters who scale to Toons in speed even at weaker stages) can perceive before it’s too late. This further supports Wile being faster than most Toons.

Wile also arguably upscales Bugs in strength too. Bugs is relative to most if not all Toons, but actively relies on running away and using trickery to fend off most other Toons such as Elmer, Yosemite Sam, Taz, Gossamer, and hell even Wile himself. Whenever these Toons manage to get close to him, they manage to physically overwhelm him without much issue (As a less obvious example, Elmer Fudd does this consistently). Wile was even capable of fighting physically against Taz as shown earlier, someone who Bugs actively avoids direct confrontation with in every instance. Oh and uh for more proof, Wile effortlessly holds Bugs back with one hand.

So in summary, giving Tom crossover scaling to Looney Tunes opens up a rabbit hole for other franchises to do the same despite this never being allowed or even used for said universes. And Tom being relative to Bugs in the game instances is solely through gameplay and can be chalked down to gameplay balancing. Even if you gave Tom this scaling to Bugs, Wile would still be faster and stronger even if they’re relative in stats.

Regarding Toon Physiology

(Huge credit goes to DimeUhDozen for the original explanation which has been paraphrased here

It is often assumed that, with wacky cartoon characters, everything they do is purely based on whatever would be funniest in that given situation and that otherwise there's no set explanation for how they can do what they do. After all, Toon Force is not an actual ability a cartoon character has but more of what we use to refer to a character whose abilities are largely comedic and don't abide by any strict limitations. However, Looney Tunes seems to function quite differently.

ACME Looniversity, or ACME Loo for short, is a school in which all Toons go to learn how to harness their abilities. This innately tells us that the powers demonstrated by the Looney Tunes are not unique to each individual character but are moreso abilities that are capable of being done by any Toon within their world with enough practice.

Some powers seem to be completely natural without needing much practice; for instance, Looney DNA is what allows a Toon to be able to bounce back from any injury no matter what shape they are squashed into, meaning that regeneration would not be something that needs to be trained. Similarly, breaking the fourth wall seems to be something all Toons can do naturally- leaning to the fourth wall to make a sly comment. Another thing to note is that, whenever a Toon dresses up, be it a new hat or a new shirt, they act completely different, this was explained in Bugs’ Bonnets and it’s mostly shown with Elmer as whenever he wears his hunting outfit, he’s out for the Wabbits but when he’s in his casual, he’s actually a pretty normal person

However, some abilities need more training to be able to pull off, such as the “Wild Take.” Here we see Bugs insisting on “learning the basics” and getting down some of the easier-to-grasp comical overreactions, while here we see the risks of a novice Toon overexerting themselves doing a Wild Take they haven’t practised enough.

These passages help to elaborate on what exactly allows Toons to do things that are seemingly impossible- Subjective Reality. In real life, believing in something isn’t enough for it to happen, but a Toon is able to make something happen so long as they are confident it can happen. Elmer Fudd here shows this very well in a lesson on gravity- if you step off a cliff and you know your feet aren’t touching the ground, you’re likely to fall right away, but you could be so convinced you are walking on solid ground it takes a second for you to actually fall.

All Toons have an essence inside them called “Tooniness” that gives them this hilarious ability, and having one’s Tooniness extracted will result in them becoming completely normal. One’s Tooniness can become an entirely unique entity capable of casually performing absurd Subjective Reality feats until it is fused back with its original owner. However, attempting to hold Tooniness inside a machine rather than having it be extracted into a physical form can be risky, as it could overwhelm the machine due to the raw Toon power.

It is definitely apparent that experienced Toons are capable of pulling off greater feats, and that those who are “Looney enough” can do more than other Toons. Wile E. Coyote, being a professor at ACME Looniversity, would certainly qualify for this and can be argued to be capable of anything that other Toons can do.

This however does NOT mean that Wile can literally do every Toon ability ever. It would be illogical to assume that Wile has Bugs Bunny levels of supernatural luck, Pepe Le Pew's stench, Daffy's flight, etc. These are abilities that are exclusive to those specific Toons but it is possible for him to get those due being able to transform into those characters but naturally he shouldn't have them.

And obviously there are limits to how much you can scale Wile to them. While Wile is a professor in ACME Loo and a professional toon, this doesn't necessarily warrant him the same abilities as Toons who are more out there such as Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, the Animaniacs, etc. An example we'd use here is the extent of plot manipulation and resistances. Despite Wile having showings of leaving his own medium and becoming the animator, this doesn't necessarily mean that he can control his cartoon to the same extent as Bugs Bunny who can manipulate it by not even being outside of it and Daffy who be both inside and outside the cartoon and still passively manipulate it while also sealing characters in it. When Wile attempted something like this, the Roadrunner still managed to escape the cartoon implying that Wile’s isn't as advanced as characters’ like Bugs. Some Toons have shown resistances that wouldn't quite apply to Wile such as Mind Manipulation, Bugs, Daffy, The Warners have shown that they can straight up ignore mind control whereas the same cannot be said for Wile as he has constantly been susceptible to hypnosis

In short, being a Toon doesn't immediately give you such advanced powers that all the others possess

Does that mean every Cartoon Character gets Toon Physiology?

While this thought may come to mind, it is entirely false, Toon Physiology is a skill that is earned via studying about it, as Tiny Toons demonstrate with the characters Tooniness getting stronger in each season due to training from the Toons.

So just because a character has crossovered with the Toons doesn’t mean they immediately have Toon Physiology, and an example we’d use is Scooby; despite Wile and Roadrunner having a cameo in What’s New Scooby Doo and Scooby having a cameo in Looney Tunes: Back in Action, it doesn’t mean Scooby has Toon Physiology, as his own lore contradicts it due to Scooby being of Annuuki Descent and not Toon Descent.

This can even extend to such verses as Disney’s or Hannah Barbera’s as it is implied that those characters are just supposed to be anthropomorphic animals operating under completely different rules and not LT-verse Toons.

Tom is deliberately stated to be a cat, and his own verse shows that a lot of the animals are Anthropomorphic, having their own jobs and living human-like lives. The 2021 Movie even shows that every animal is supposed to be a cartoon, which is different from how LT’s Toon Physiology works as not every animal in LT is supposed to be a cartoon, with some animals just being regular animals with no innate Tooniness.

Hammering this point in further, in the New Looney Tunes Short “Bugs Bunny?” Bugs meets real Rabbits who are able to talk but share nothing in common as they do not understand Tooniness, which is a clear differentiation between Toons and Normal Animals. The Real Rabbit even tells Bugs at his face the differences between them, so this should indicate that Tom would not have Toon Physiology.

Even if we use the Roger Rabbit type of logic and have all the Characters exist in one verse, even if it’s inaccurate to each verse, these characters would still NOT have The LT Toon Physiology as it is a trait that is acquired via learning and these characters would NOT have Looney DNA as it is stated in Tiny Toons Looniversity that not every Toon is born with Looney DNA, which makes this part of Toon Biology exclusive to Looney Tune Characters.

An example we’d use would be Michael and LeBron; both entered the world of Looney Tunes completely unfamiliar with the idea of Toon Physiology, and while Michael Jordan adapted to it and learned how to use it to some degree, LeBron James mostly stuck to real-world logic and didn’t seem as adept with it. This shows that not everyone who enters the world of Looney Tunes can just naturally do what the Looney Tunes can do.

So just because a series has a crossover with Looney Tunes doesn’t automatically mean those characters will have Toon Physiology and equalising all cartoons to have the same physiology is even crazier, it would be like letting Goku have Kryptonian Physiology or giving Courage Annuuki Physiology.

Before we finish

A little word from the people who have worked on this blog cause why not lol. This has been a long one to work on but it turned out to be worth it in the end. We all loved revisiting our childhoods and put some respect into Wile E. Coyote's name so there's no harm in people sharing the experience they had.

Gamer Brutality

[Venatus Immanitas]

Heya everyone, it’s Gamer here. When Mav offered this invitation I thought he was zany, cuckoo in the head if you get what I mean! Looney Tunes is a franchise that I’ve loved for a while, I've been researching it for years.. to get a chance to spread my knowledge with all these wonderful people to you all has been a blessing to say the least, thanks for reading what we’ve written down for the blog. I really hope you all love it more than we do!

A lot of these finds genuinely felt surprising, not even I knew the majority of this. Here I was thinking I was an expert before entering! I did quite a lot in this blog such as helping out and doing cosmology, scaling, Animaniacs, tiny toons, World of mayhem, social media, trading cards, guidebooks, magazines, multiple ACME products, Bugs Bunny builders, imgur, the anvil, the shotgun, skill and more like tackling down all original 1,000+ looney tunes shorts with a slice of pizza which you can view here!

I appreciate every single bit of this blog, this has been delightful, I’m glad we all got to give our respect to our super genius! Even got to meet an army-head! So many racist shorts that you couldn’t believe, but it seems this is it. Thank you all for showing interest to check out the blog, sorry to all the wild members for proving Wile would have access to all ACME equipment and uh sorry to everyone that I pranked when saying Wile is the fastest toon. Kee-wee bird negs Hahahahahahahahaha! That’s all folks! [My username is gamer_brutality]

Here are my top 10 favourite LT characters [ladies, please… one at a time!]

Why am I here

[otiosum Insanis]

Yo it everyone favourite (or least favourite I'm fine with anyone thinking that)idiot back at it in another blog

Anyway originally I wasn't gonna join this blog cuz this but after thinking about it a bit (and the fact the Tom blog was pretty much almost finished) I decided why not join to help research Wile e Coyote and man it was a pretty nice experience and I even got to read almost every DC public Looney tunes comic which was pretty fun and I had a blast working on this blog and researching looney tunes

Anyway uh I don't know what else to say other than Tom vs wile is a very cool mu and wile e is like my top 3 favourite toons out there and I'm doing garou vs kazuya as a blog so you should totally read it when it finished 👍

(Also fun fact Elmer fudd doesn't know what a pronoun is)

And congrats on the user a_mysterious_firefly for finding the superstring stuff before the blog was out( thankfully I saw the message before anything bad happen 😞)

Ok that about it

K bye

Also no you're not getting a list of my top 10 favourite looney tunes

Mav

(Stultus insanire)

Looney Tunes has always been one of those franchises that I've wanted to do a full research on so when Wile vs Tom was being thrown around and pushed for the Tournament of Champions (winning in the process!) I saw it as a perfect opportunity to start a blog (and also my first!) on Wile E. Coyote and man was he packing! I Knew he already had a huge arsenal to begin with but I never expected a goddamn regeneration negation Disintegration Gun or a random Fairy Godmother that can grant any wish. Abilities were nothing to scoff at as well! Never will I underestimate the power of World of Mayhem (Gamer: Woooo). Researching Looney Tunes has truly been a blast due to the amount of insane bullshit they randomly get. Props to Waih for leaving for weeks and then randomly pop back in to post superstring theory. (Why am I here:hello👋)

But yeah, Wile is a really fun character and has earned his spot into my top 5 fav characters of all time easily. I really wanna thank everyone for helping me work on this, never would've made this into a reality if it weren't for them and I hope they had a fun time with this big and wacky franchise cause who wouldn't, right?

Anywho here's a top 10 list of my favourite LT characters

Nick Edits

(Scorzoneroides Lepus)

Hello there, I’m Nick, uhhhhhh, I had fun helping out with this Blog, Twas always a big fan of Wile so yeah, I did a lot of stuff for the game section and smaller tidbits, helped out with some show stuff, did some comics and wrote the history section. This blog was fun, researching it was a blast and it was nice talking to a bunch of people who knew Looney Tunes Lore.

I want to talk about the History Section a little bit more, that was really fun to write because when researching Wile, it gave us the opportunity to see a cohesive timeline, the fact that the older comics acted like a prequel to the shorts was awesome and finding out that Wile hunting Bugs was before he started to chase Road Runner was also awesome! Seeing that Wile has a cohesive timeline was pretty neat and I’m so happy that we went this route and decided to use his In-Lore History and not just stick to his Meta-History.

So yeah, it was really fun researching this! The Big Game TV Special that showcased Road Runner vs Wile told something special about Wile Fans, despite us being very small in numbers, we will always cheer louder than anyone else for that Coyote!

Now take my list of my favourite Looney Tunes Characters

Eyebrawlerz

(Optica Bellator)

Honestly, this blog has been a lot of fun to work on. I already knew Toon’s had crazy abilities and stats, but before working on this blog I never would’ve thought it’d be to this extent. Conceptual regen? Thought manifestation? Fucking dimensional tiering? That’s honestly insane and outright makes Toons in general way harder to put down for good than some may think. Wile’s my favourite Looney Tunes character and one of my favourite fictional characters overall, so it was great truly learning more about what all he could do.

It’s been a pleasure working on this blog with all these people, as everyone here has been putting in the work. I don’t just see this as a VS blog, but also as just an appreciation blog for Wile showcasing his history and everything he’s accomplished within the years. Really looking forward to people reading this blog and possibly some of those people learning more about Wile in general and what all he can do.

As Wile, to me at least, is a representation of never giving up and pushing forward even if the odds are always against you. Wile has failed time and time again when trying to catch Roadrunner, but with each failure he grows smarter and stronger as he goes onto the next plan. And he’s gone out of his way to learn numerous different skills and talents that would take most normal people a majority of their lives to pick up just to have another chance at catching Roadrunner. Wile’s sheer dedication, tenacity, perseverance, and ability to brush off failure has been an inspiration to me along with many others who have watched and enjoyed his cartoons. Success isn’t something that’s ever guaranteed, but this unfortunate truth has never been shown as a hurdle to Wile, as he continues to keep trying to challenge the odds with each new plan. Nothing of value comes without struggle.

Ace Spinel

(Spinellus Classicus)

I joined this pretty far into it, having not exactly been super knowledgeable on the full extent of Wile E. Coyote’s true power level. It was partially just me wanting to give Wile E. a bit more credit that inspired me to join, and boy, am I glad I did. With my primary duty (mostly self-assigned) being to dig into the old British Roadrunner comics, I had no idea what to expect, and man… I certainly feel like I found a lot of gold from that.

(Oh and I also realized that there were far more alternate timelines in Looney Tunes than even the original vs battles blog claimed, which I think is pretty cool)

Even beyond what I myself have discovered, though, I just have enjoyed learning all of this about Wile E. Coyote and helping out with giving him the blog he truly deserved. Perhaps this research we’ve put in will help with making sure he gets treated right against Tom Cat, but even if the DB research team doesn’t use it, I hope all sorts of other people take notice.

Lofty

(Loftellus Didnothinus)

Those who know me might assume that I had played a big role in this blog, but in reality I did little to nothing. So on my end I can’t really say much on the research, but what I can speak on is my experience as a Wile Fan, a Looney Tunes Fan, and my sheer respect for everyone else who worked on this monumental blog.

I’m a huge Looney Tunes fan and Wile E. Has always been my favourite of the cast. Naturally, one day I found a Wile E matchup I adored and started pushing it. That being Wile E. Vs Tom. I pushed this matchup for years, with every chance I got. Whether it be thumbnail contests or even the first Champions Ballot. It was my most wanted and the amount of passion I put into it eventually led me to submitting to the Tournament of Champions. And IT WON!! I was so shocked and was so happy that my years of effort (and paid membership) finally paid off. I mention this not to take credit but to say even as someone had so much passion for the character and franchise. I can’t compare to the rest of the people of this blog who put their ALL into this. Even as a big Looney Tunes scaler, there were some CRAZY finds from the rest of the crew.

So rather then ending this with me, I just want to give a last round of applause to Ace Spinal, Eyebrawlerz, Nick Edits, Why Am I Here, Gamer Brutality, and last but far from least Mav! Everyone killed it!
